McDonald’s

At this McDonald’s the customer is not always right I ordered oatmeal I wanted my oatmeal microwaved they refuse to do so stating that they don’t do that, well my problem is, is that I’ve never been to a McDonalds and they didn’t want to microwave my oatmeal on my request this maybe small to them or someone else but it’s big to me.

I sent my husband for o grilled onion cheese burger and I could not believe what I got. I have attached a picture for words fail me. Fail!

This McDonalds seems like it don’t get the business that it use too. Its been a long time since I’ve been here. Sometimes when a big business around other businesses close it takes away from the small businesses. And I’m wondering if this is what’s happening at this McDonalds.
The Bel Air/​Raleys has closed down. As always I’m here to get those famous chicken nuggets for my granddaughter. It was slow and quiet in here today. I unfortunately waited for almost 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and like I said they weren’t busy today. I gotta say tho the bathroom are never clean in this McDonalds, they never have any seat covers for the toilets and they usually don’t have any paper towels to dry your hands. You find paper all over the floors. I think that they could solve the bathroom problems by putting a lock on the door and make it for their customers only!
They keep the rest of the restaurant clean, not real sure why not in the rest room. This McDonalds has been here for many years and I would hate to see it go, because I’m sure the neighborhood appreciate it being here. This McDonalds use to thrive at one time, they got to get that back.

I think its ridiculous to have to wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for someone to take your order. This is my 3^rd time at this location and it’s always like this. The wait time for the drive thru is always ridiculous. Visit this location if you have time to waste

I honestly don’t know why this MCdees has such low reviews. It is actually one of the better ones in this area. The employees are always nice and they ALMOST always get my order right ⁸⁄₁₀ times (they usually forget the bacon). But other than that I have no complains.

Friendly staff and good customer service inside. Restaurant was nice and clean. This location open Til 11 inside most days. It appears to be a owner operator, they have special deals on a large calendar near the front counter. Wednesday’s for instance, they have .69 cent hamburgers, limit 10… that was a nice surprise to discover too.

If it was up to me, I wouldn’t give this place any stars at all. This place is getting to be worse than Jack In the Box with their drive thru wait time.

Long waiting times EVEN when it’s clearly slow. Order was incorrect and wasted about 10 minutes trying to get it right. This isn’t the first time my visits here have been horrible. Staff is lazy, rude and I will certainly be taking my business else where.

I think it’s kinda weird to review McDonald’s, but since I located this one on Unilocal and saw the bad reviews, I feel compelled to do so.
Recently, I did a drive-​thru order for 4 teenagers and 2 smaller kids — huge order, and everything was complicated. They were friendly, courteous, professional (which seems like a weird thing to comment on in fast food, but is the best descriptor I have) and got the entire order right. I’m a fan!

The food is just OK. But because they would not let us park our racing bikes inside the restaurant mine was stolen. And only after it was stolen did they allow my friend to bring his bike inside. There was plenty of room to put both bikes inside. Only 4 other people were inside at the time. And these are professional racing bikes. not junkie bikes. The policies at this store are awful. I wrote the owner a message and they never responded at all. I wrote the HQ office an email and they said they sent it to the owner and that the incident would be investigated and appropriate action take,. Well still no response from the owner. Don’t go to this restaurant with your bike unless you want to get it stolen. In fact, don’t go to McDonalds unless you don’t care if they don’t care about you. Way to go McDonald’s !!!

Fool me once shame on you fool me twice I looked foolish. In the past this place has given me horribly slow long lines in a «fast food» drive thru. It also has messed my order up twice, on a bacon sandwich put ONE small sliver of bacon on it, and in another case put COLD french fries in the bag. You would think I would have learned my lesson but like they say… sometimes people have to learn the hard way.
Bought their new «Mighty Wings» for a football party and drive there and we open it and both boxes are filled with burnt to hell wings. I mean I heard the chicken horror stories but these chickens must have done some evil things to suffer this inferno crispy torture fate. What… is the mighty super wings kryptonite peanut oil? Was Ronald McDonald off scaring little kids instead of manning the fryer, what’s up? Chicken was so bad everyone just said no thanks and we actually ate my friends food we NEVER eat! Yes… you heard that right, we rather eat a friends food who cooks like Guy Fieti eats… messy. Instead of calling them doing the yell at the manager over some chicken wings thing I try to be professional and email their corporate office and get a phone call from the manager at the store, email from customer service, and another email apologizing for the product. They tell me they put me on «the list» which tells the employees I get free food. I feel so special, although something told me this fast food VIP list was probably still not going to end well somehow. But I give them ANOTHER chance since well. I’m cheap and thought hey free wings why not, although once a place burns me this bad (no pun intended) I usually just avoid like most people avoid South Sacramento. So I go through the drive thru and tell them that my name is on the «list» and she takes 5 minutes trying to figure out if it is or not. I got 4 cars behind me getting mad, a friend in the car telling me they told me not to give them another chance, a prostitute in the parking lot showing her breasts to guys, and a inept worker who finally tells me that my name is on the list but they have me picking up said wings and the manager signed off. I tell them I did not pick them up and she says yes you did. Wait… what?! I did?! Was it my bizarro alter ego again? I shake my head and tell her I have not came back since the failed Chernobyl wings and she swears I did. I tell her they should check the tape in frustration but if they don’t have a grease thermometer or timer to tell you when to take out wings before they become nuclear then sure they don’t have that so I tell her forget it and made to feel like somehow I AM the guilty one holding everyone up and trying to score double free wings.
Overall, McDonalds stick to burgers and leave the chicken alone. Also, when service and product is THIS bad you do NOT EVER EVER EVER go back and I didn’t listen to myself or my friends. Management screwed the pooch TWICE on this and don’t think all the promises of free food is going to ever get me to come back so they have lost a customer. I don’t care if it’s the apocalypse and McDonald’s is the ONLY place serving food through marauders, wild dogs, psycho backwood preppers, and a zombie breakout I will gladly walk past this place to find food elsewhere.

This is the WORST Mcdonalds i’ve ever know. i went to Drive thru cause its already late and drive thru is fast. the asian who took my order is good. She took my order correct but. on the 2^nd window. i waited 5mins before they give my order. and they ask me to wait for my Mcflurry. and i waited 5mins more. i ordered the Mighty Wings and i ask for the Drumlettes only. but when i got home theres 3 winglettes and 2 Drumlettes. And i ordered Mcflurry. the worst is i ordered Regular size Mcflurry, the cup is correct. But they put just a little ice cream and oreo almost ¾ of the cup. Wow !!! i paid $ 11 for this !!!

Being new to the area, this McDonalds is the closest to my place. Based on some of the previous reviews, this review is for the Drive-​Thru only.
Pretty convenient hours, and they stay open pretty late (1am Sun-​Thurs, 2am Fri-​Sat). Can get pretty busy during peak hours, but they are pretty quick. The best thing so far is that they havent screwed up my order (yet). I usually ask them to hold the onions in my burgers and sometimes other places forget. Sometimes the same McDonalds forgets more than once. But this one hasnt yet, so I’m giving it 3 stars. Nothing special, just McDonalds. lol

Hm. There’s so many freaking Asian’s here. I can say that because I’m Asian. Their services could’ve been a lot better. They were nice and all, just a little too slow. Their soda dispenser ran out of ice and they did not bother to check it. Soda was a little flat. Nuggets were kind of old, hard. Definitely not fresh. Mmm, yeah… I only went here because I had to get an alignment done. This would not be my choice of McDonald franchise. I’d go to the one on Florin Rd/​Franklin before I’d go back here. Truth.

I like coming here when it’s not busy. When it’s busy, I have to wait longer and sometimes they would even forget an item. Nice employees.

Ugh! Where to begin.
This is THE WORST McDonalds I have ever been to! I went through the Drive Thru and ordered 27 $ worth of breakfast for the family. The asian girl taking the order did a good job entering it all in but when I got to the window her customer service skills sucked. When I got to the next window I was given half my order and told to have a nice day!!!
Really?
I was missing 6 Hash browns and when I told him I order 3 on the side and 3 should have come with the 3 value meals I ordered… he brought me 3 hashbrowns the first trip so I had to tell him that I needed 3 more… grrrrrr…ok, so then I was also missing my egg mcmuffin, side of bacon and egg on the side.
When he brought me the hashbrowns they were the most disgusting looking hashbrowns I had ever seen… burnt and grease soaked when i pulled them out and showed him… he told me that was all they had and appologized… WOW! I just left because I have a bad temper and dont want to end up in cuffs. 4 out of 6 of those hashbrowns ended up in the trash.
I hope the manager of this place sees this and makes some changes because there is way to much room for improvement. Foot Note: I had two drinks and when I got home I had no Straws! Grrrrrrr!

And I thought the one on Meadowview was bad…
