Papa John’s Pizza

A review is not enough to explain how quick Papa Johns topped off my favorite pizza. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch specialty pizza and lost it right there. Def a 5 star, do not trust reviews, Go out and get a 1 topping pizza for 10 bucks and judge it by your sense of taste

This is the best place, if you want quality pizza, great customer service, affordable price, and great tasting pizza. Never have a problem with any of the employees. Will be ordering again.

I chose to redeem my free 3 topping pizza via the app. I selected thin crust then added Pepperoni, mushrooms, and olives. I placed it in my cart and went back to change the cut to square. I then added an order of knots. Hit submit and order was on it’s way.
when my pizza arrived and i took it inside I realized it was not thin crust and it was just cheese. The only thing right was it was square cut.
I proceeded to call the store and held for a few minutes. Then Sam, I think his name was got one the phone. He interrupted me and was rude and told me they make it the at it comes over. I can tell you that is not true. The online order may say cheese but it also says thin and the crust is anything but.
I will admit I got loud and cursed, however instead of listening he argued with me and hung up on me. I called back and he answered again. I asked if he hung up and said he would again because he felt threatened. I never threatened him…
I have been ordering from this store with no issues for the past 10 or so years. I am pretty sure I never will again if he is the level of service.
Additionally, I had asked for a supervisor and he told me he is the general manager… Very bad example for customer service. I will be posting this on Unilocal,yahoo, google, etc…

Ordered delivery at this location the service was fast and friendly, the pizza was yummy and hot! The price was perfect will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered some pizza online from Papa John’s and it was quite good. The employees were very friendly. When they gave me my pizzas they were kind enough to show me the pizza before I left even without me asking. This is a very good policy to have and I wish more locations did this.

I live in anatolia and they said they would deliver for a minimum $ 30 2 weeks ago. Fine and I got my order fast and on time.
Then today they told me a minimum $ 40… keep your policies the same or keep losing customers.

I went to this location on a fluke…
I ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza… it was actually quite good. The price was even better, my kids ate ever last bite down to the crust. and the staff was super friendly. glad

I’ve been an occasional customer to this Papa John’s on Folsom Blvd. Was happy with their pizza before it closed in 2014. I was very happy that they opened back up and since they reopened I have been their twice. Once to get a cheese burger pizza. I love burgers so why not try it on pizza. Bad mistake. It was awful. I was thinking that it was the pickles on the pizza so I took them off. The pizza was still bad. Then I tried them again with a three topping pizza and it was bad again, This time I put normal topping on the pizza. Pepperoni, olives, and sausage still not good. It’s unfortunate that it was bad because on my 2^nd pizza I had a free pizza on my next visit and I could not make myself even try this Papa Jonh’s again. I would not recommend this pizza joint to anyone.

We were thrilled to see these guys open again! We fed the whole crew a couple weeks ago and were very glad we did. Good pizza, fresh ingredients, friendly service, and fast delivery. What can I complain about? Nothing really. Their crust was crispy yet a little chewy — perfect for our families taste. Lots of nice topping options as well, including They offer several good combo deals when you order online, which has become our go-​to preference for ordering pizza for delivery. We are actually ordering pizza again tonight for the family and some friends, which reminded me YOU NEED TO WRITE A REVIEW! I can almost taste that crust now!

So I went to this location again and needless to say, I was very impressed with their customer service, speed, and more importantly, their unique quality.

Papa Johns is my new favorite pizza place now. I walked in for the first time 2 days ago and was quickly greeted by the nice employe. I had told him that this was my first time ever at papa johns and what kind of specials they had. And he told me a few great options that I could go with. I went with the works and it was great. I also got the mega chocolate chip cookie which let me tell you was absolutely amazing. Overall I really enjoyed the place and will be back for more great pizza.

I am so glad this Papa John’s has been reopened! Their dough is so fluffy and the cheesy bread sticks are amazing!!! The service is so much better now. We’ve ordered pizza from there several times since its reopened and we get our pizza within half an hour. Very friendly staff also! I will definitely be coming back for more and I recommend that anyone try this place!

I can’t speak for ALL Papa John’s, but I can speak of this one at 9989 Folsom Blvd. I tried this particular location a while back, a couple different times actually, and informed them of their blah tasting pizza with skimpy toppings. The store was pretty run down so I figured this was a lower priority store that just couldn’t make the revenue. Then I noticed the store was closed (no surprise, I thought to myself, given the experiences I had).
Then I noticed it was renovated and reopened. So I decided, ‘what the heck’, let’s give them another try. Maybe they listened to our previous complaints. Keep in mind this store is literally 3 minutes away from my home, and offers delivery as opposed to the 10 minute drive to my preferred pizza at Papa Murphy’s.
Unfortunately I was disappointed again. Not for the taste this time. The pizza was actually acceptable as far as flavor goes. But wow, it was supposed to be 3 topping pizza. I guess that location still can’t afford to be reasonable with their toppings. Tight management? I don’t know, but if they keep penny pinching like that they will lose customers. Give people their fair share of toppings and they might return again. Losing customers for the sake of saving money on a few more pieces of olives and bell peppers just doesn’t make sense. I took a picture, it looks more like a budget pepperoni and cheese pizza. Maybe they can blame this on Obamacare too?

Great pizza, great service and it s served quickly. I have ordered from here more than a few times, it may be a little more expensive than other places but they do have great specials and the new Greek pizza is scrumptious. I prefer this pizza joint over the others because the pizza a I get are seem to be made with precision and love, I highly recommend this location!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Papa John’s! I was so sad when they closed down but was so pleased when I heard they re-​opened and with new owners. Their pizza is, hands down, the best out of all the other pizza chains I’ve tried, and trust me, I’ve tried a lot! I always order their garlic chicken, which is to die for. We also ordered their gourmet veggie, which was good, too, but I’m not a huge veggie fan.
They have a great carry-​out special for $ 10 for any large speciality pizza — you just can’t beat that! Also, the few times my husband went there to pick up our order, they gave him a free liter of soda, free breadsticks, and free garlic sauce for the wait.
To top it off, their customer service is impeccable! You can tell the new owners really care about making a good impression on customers
We will continue going to Papa John’s to feed our pizza craving.

Bought a groupon to pay for pizza. The guy told me I had to use a full groupon and lose the remaining $ 20 bc I had that much left over. The groupon didn’t say that you had to. Do use them, do lose your money. I will get my refund and go somewhere else

Don’t waste your time. They try to sucker you in with a coupon, but your stomach will pay later. Overpriced, poor quality pizza. There is an outdoor table at this place so you could eat here if you really wanted. I’d rather hit up some of the other pizza places in the area.
