Panda Express

Online ordering is a waste of time! They don’t even seem apologetic about it. I waited as long as if I would’ve made line. Pointless pointless pointless.

I called for an order a couple months ago before I knew how useful Unilocal was. There food is always delicious but the day I ordered my company coworkers lunch about 50 $ of food, I found the lunch room was already set up with catered Mexican food before I picked up my order. I went in to cancel my order and they would not refund me. Even corporate would not refund me… Poor business skills but great tasting food.

I was originally going to eat next door at «I’m a Dick BBQ» but the employees were so rude I decided to come here.
I got in before the rush, employees were nice, food was good, and the place was clean.
I would return.

lately Ive been wanted Chinese food but for long wait for this food it was not that great. I will not be back

I love this panda express I come to this one all the time. Not only is there customer service excellent the food is always on point. I would choose this location over any other one no matter where I’m at.

This is by far the WORST panda express I’ve ever been to. The customer service was horrible!!! I understood they were busy due to the long line, but when you actually got up to the counter they just pushed you around and made you wait most of the time at the register. Not only that, I wasn’t even done with my order yet, I just moved along to look at the items a bit more and they already tried to move me towards the register. The portions that were scooped were so skimpy!!! All other panda express I’ve been to scoop to fill more of the plates. The plates were not even the a bit full! What is up with that??? On top of that, I ordered a side of honey walnut shrimp and the box was not even full. It was half way full only!!! All other places at least fill it up to the rim. It was the cheapest panda express I’ve ever been to. The food was so bland also!!! The orange chicken ordered just tasted sour. The honey walnut shrimp tasted like mayo! This place needs better management and training in everything. Should’ve just gone to a real Chinese place. If I could give it a zero, I would.

I would give it a zero review if I could. This place is a total rip off! I ordered from the side choices menu only Chow Mein and side of veggies. I told the cashier that it’s only side orders but she charged me for a bowl! I hope management does educate their employees. My total was $ 6.59 but the correct amount should be $ 4.50. Not the way to do business. Stay away from this place.

This Panda Express has delicious food. I am a huge fan of Panda and this location does not disappoint. I always get the honey walnut shrimp and it is always sweet and fresh. The only issue that I would have with this location is the line. There is always a huge line to the door. However that is also a good sign as to the quality of this restaurant.

Freaking horrible 25min wait many empty food warmers. Service is bad after a long wait asked for different entrees. Never coming back people avoid this place

I came go Panda Express for the second time and I love the food. Duhhhhh… But Carmina took my entry order and sheeeeeeee gave me so little … So freaking little … Hate you Carmina …

I went around 5 pm on a Monday. It wasn’t too busy inside. Just a few customers here and there. I did wait for a few minutes at the counter because nobody came to help me. But service eventually came. I ordered my food for to go, and everything was fine.
I returned home, and began eating. About halfway through my plate of food, I found a hair in the chow mein. I immediately stopped eating, and just tossed the food in the trash. I don’t need great customer service, I come for the food. But when the food isn’t edible, that’s when we have a problem.
My tip to other customers, watch what you’re eating.

They usually have a long line around lunch time and evening. The food is often not cooked properly. I’ve eaten the orange chicken and sweet fire chicken here and it’s over cooked, way to crunchy. Staff is hit or miss.

Bad customer service overall, maybe because of the difference in cultures. I ordered my plate which has ribs and grilled chicken, but that time the chicken just ran out. Therefore, I waited in my car outside for like 10 mins. Then I came back inside and stood in front of the cashier. However, the staff there she just looked at me and then continued serving other people without asking me for a reason why I was waiting. I guess she also recognize me cuz she was the one asked me to wait. And then HLee which is exactly the name on her name tag, came up to me while she was cleaning up and asked me. I thought I would have got in the long line and re-​ordered. But she came up and ask and then served me. Therefore, overall I dont like the way the workers here work. Give my compliment to HLee. Thanks for serving me. I give this place 3 stars cuz I still love the food they serve here.

Ok not a fan of staff at any panda ive been to. They’re always rude. This place. not at all. Had to wait a little bit for my orange chicken, but it was fresh. Tonight i got service with a smile, apologies for my wait and i didnt have to cuss anyone out for extra hot mustard and chili sauce. yes im a condiment whore. Not to mention, they gave me nice big servings. I couldnt even finish it all. for that they get 4 stars. Ill be back again for sure.

Not too happy one of the girls on the line almost snap my wife’s head off when she asked for extra teriyaki sauce do not know what her problem was but she should of took it out on us been there before never had a problem can come we didn’t complain to anybody just kinda kind of weird

I hate to give bad reviews on restaurants I visit but this spot so deserved it. So I come in around 830ish (no where near closing because they close at 10pm) & ordered the very basic (orange chicken & broccoli beef) the girl who takes my order says it’ll be 3 min wait for BB which I was ok with. So after 6 – 7 minutes go by I noticing 3 – 4 people inside appears to be waiting as well. Another person comes in asking for their internet order which I overhear the girl say she doesn’t have it. Then another person comes in & the same issue (no internet order received). So after 10 – 12 minutes, I’m borderline frustrated because my order still isn’t ready. The girl who takes my order notices my frustration & offers me a soda cup as well as 4 others who had been waiting as well. Needless to say, my order was finally ready some 15 minutes later. Just felt whoever visits this spot around 830ish be prepared to wait a good 10−15min to get your order. By the sound of things, placing an internet order isn’t any better.

This joint is pretty ghetto with it being in the same plaza as Walmart and all. Honestly I hate generic Chinese food but the boyfriend loves it so here we are.
It’s amazing how it seems like the workers play a game of who can give the least amount of portions in a box?

Bad customer service FROM THE MANAGER. In the middle of my order she walks away without saying anything to go help her friends who walk in. Another lady helps me, and while I’m at the register I noticed she gave all her friends free food and drinks. Sat down to eat and more of her friends come in, and they also get free food. Instead of handing out free food, they should probably be cleaning up their dirty tables.
Food wise — did not taste fresh, rice was mushy. The steak looked dried up, like it had been sitting out since the morning time.
Would much rather go to Panda Express in Elk Grove ! Never coming back to this one.

For my quick American-​Chinese Cuisine, with fried chow mein, I go to West Sac location! I love the music that they play there… its sooo consistent with their environment.

This Panda is so ghetto, but i feel right at home!
Usually when i go to Panda Xpress, im surrounded by upper-​class folks or rich white folks, so being around local neighbors from the area is quite nice! Its a lil bit dirtier and messier, but its ok.
