I prepaid for massages and have not been able to get ahold of Martha to schedule them. They never pick up the phone.

This place offers really amazing treatments with results! I couldn’t believe how attentive they are to everyone’s individual health and beauty concerns. I was recommended by a friend and I love this place, highly recommend to anyone looking to lose inches and keep a toned body. Ask for Martha.

The esti Yessi was amazing she offered to give me a sugar service instead of waxing. I have to say its much smoother then getting a full on Brazilian wax !!

I have been seeing Martha at Oliv’u for almost a year now and am very happy to have found an esthetician that really cares about her clients.
Her prices are so affordable for the quality of work she consistently provides that I am able to see her once a month for facials. She works hard to make sure I am comfortable (bringing in blankets if I’m cold, turning the steamer on/​off if I need more/​less) and she gives an amazing arm, neck, and head massage after every session that is my favorite!
The spa itself is clean, cozy, and newly remodeled and I love the simple charm of the place. Too many spas spend money on extra features that don’t really benefit their clients and I appreciate the great value this place offers to those wanting to have a regular facial régime without breaking their wallets.

This is the worst reply to a review by an owner, completely invalidating my horrible experience!
Just because they changed locations since then doesn’t mean it didn’t happen under that business name. If they wanted to run from bad reviews, maybe they should get another name?
I walked into Oliv’u and got bloody and bruised from a gloveless Brazilian and the owner says I didn’t? I also received a private message telling me to take down my inflammatory post immediately, and I know Unilocal does not approve of businesses manipulating their Unilocal pages.

This has been the best spa I’ve gone to in years. I’ve been a customer for over a year and have nothing but good things to say. I have herniated discs and am often in pain. This helps to reduce that pain and eases the pressure on my spine.
The staff are amazing. I always leave feeling a million times better than when I arrived. The hours are convenient regardless of my busy schedule. Schedule a visit and you’ll see what I mean!

I saw a Groupon for massages at Oliv’u and even though I couldn’t use the Groupon for what I needed, they still honored the Groupon price! Pretty nice of them. Our masseuers, Sandra and Maximilliam, were friendly, professional, and attentive to our individual needs. My mom’s sciatica isn’t bothering her at all after the massage… hopefully it will last a while! If you can, I recommend adding the body scrub and aroma therapy to your massage. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely go back.

My wife and I visited Oliv’u Spa & Massage Wellness Center for the first time today… We were greeted by Phil upon entering the front door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the services offered. After a bit of chatting, the BLISS began. Phil was my therapist and Martha did my wife’s treatment. I have have had more massages then I can count, as I have had multiple back surgeries… This was absolutely the BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The whole body was taken into consideration and not just a foo foo spread the lotion on the skin rub down. Phil incorporates stretching the muscles into the massage, rather then just rubbing them. He is also very great at explaining why he is doing each body part in the way he is, as he is stretching and rubbing them. My wife also thoroughly enjoyed the massage she received from Martha. We will be making more appointments in the near future!
If you want a REAL pain reducing massage, I highly recommend Oliv’u Spa & Massage Wellness Center. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

This has to be the most unprofessional «business» I’ve ever given money to. When I went in for my appointment, I was told they couldn’t see me because they didn’t have the right equipment yet. Why did you let me schedule an appointment in the first place if you don’t have what you need??? I was perturbed, but agreed to come back 2 days later when they would have the equipment. When I came back for my scheduled appointment, the door was locked and no one answered the phone (even though the «open» light was flashing). I got a call back from some girl who works there but she was very confused and said she would call the owner. She sent me a text message just saying «no one is picking up the phone».
No call back. No apology. No trying to make amends even though this is the second time they’ve screwed me over. Don’t waste your time with this place. They obviously don’t value their customers.
