When I retired from the Army after 25 years of service, my body was ruined. My ankles, knees, lower back, shoulders, one wrist and my neck were giving me al kinds of problems. I was in VA physical therapy for 4 years, had two surgeries, and had hired a personal trainer at 24 hour fitness. None of that helped. After working with Bryan the Movement Mentor for a year, I went from not being able to a single proper pushup(my record from when I was in the Army was over 100 in 2 minutes), 2 knocking out over 200 pushups in sets of 25. When I started working with Bryan I couldn’t run, my flexibility was awful, and my back hurt all the time. After a year with Bryan I was running two-three miles at a time, my overall strength and flexibility improved by about 200% and my back pain has gone away because my core strength has increased so much, it takes all the strain off my spine. Bryan is ridiculously knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, and combines calisthenics, cardio, resistance, plyometrics, isometrics and yoga to great effect for you to realize your fitness goals. Whatever your fitness struggles, Bryan will get you there.

When I first started going to Bryan from Movement Mentor, I had never gone to a gym or a trainer and really didn’t know what to expect. I had seen wonderful results in my daughter-in-law and decided to give it a try. After over a year of working out with Bryan, I can’t imagine NOT working out. Bryan explains how the body moves and why each muscle works the way they do. He is very knowledgable in all aspects of health and fitness. And he’s a great motivator and is very encouraging. My husband keeps telling me to «thank Bryan». I’m healthier and happier. Thanks Bryan!!!
