Very cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs and repairs took forever. Management changed multiple times within the 8 months I lived there. They attempted to keep part of my deposit for damage to the apartment that was there prior to my move. In the end I submitted my proof and issue was resolved.

IFYOURLOOKINGINTOTHESEAPARTMENTS, STOPANDGOELSEWHERE. By far the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Signed a lease back in April 2015 for 6 months and if I could give them a negative star I would. Any manitance issue that you’ve had was either done wrong or took forever to fix. If it happens on a weekend your SOL until the following week day. In the 6 months we were there we had 3 different managers. Finally the last one we had, kelly, was amazing and helped us the best she could too resolve any issues. The actual management company was shit, do whatever they have to to get money from you and are over all asshole who think their shit don’t stink. Although the interior of the apartment was nice, the walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The lady in apartment number 7 was by far the worst neighbor I’ve ever had. She was the main reason why we left, everyday she called management to complain on any noise weither it was us talking to loud, our dogs barking or something as little as us watching tv. She was so bad it came to the point that even though it was a one bedroom we slept in the living room to avoid any confrontation. Literally felt like we had to walk on egg shells while we were there. One manager even told us that she was the reason 2 of the previous tenants before us in our unit was evicted because of her constant complaints. The last few weeks we were there we started to find roaches that a neighbor few doors down had brought in. It was digusting. Go far away from these apartments and any apartments owned by Britain commercial.

We moved into these Apartments in 2012 and have lived here over two and a half years. It’s just a small one bedroom apartment, but I loved the vintage style tile in the kitchen and bathroom and the built in shelves in the living room. Bonus: the price was right and location is very convenient, close to shopping and restaurants. We have had some problems with neighbors, and we used to joke that the apartment next door was cursed, and there have been a few different managers. The place is a bit old so there are some maintenance issues that come up occasionally but it has generally been fixed in a very timely fashion. Most of the people are friendly and there are several families that have BBQs by the pool in the summer. Most everyone on the property looks out for each other. We have sadly had instances when packages have been stolen off the porch, and there are often noise issues generally with one neighbor in particular. There is only one parking space and that has been an issue for a couple with 2 cars as there is no street parking. Even though it’s not a gated community, and so close to a main, busy street, the community is surprisingly safe, with very few incidents over the years we have been here(though there have been some problems, as there are likely to be anywhere!).
