Prydes Paint & Paper

I was doing a paint run for work, and we usually go to Ace hardware for Benjamin Moore paint. One odd day, Ace hardware was completely out of Super White paint! We needed it for that day to meet some deadlines. One of the associates suggested Pryde’s paint; this was the beginning of a wonderful business relationship.
I arrive at this little wallpaper and paint shop, clean, colorful, and inspiring. Pryde, herself, was assisting me. She is helpful and very nice. It only took a few minutes to prepare my paint and to go above and beyond, boxed my paint and secured it with tape for easy transportation. Not only does she offer a great selection of Benjamin Moore paint and wallpaper, but you can purchase all the supplies you need to accomplish your projects.

We happened into Prydes with a design problem… A previous design and custom disaster by another well known fabric store.
Diann offered us hope that it could be fixed… We decided to cut our losses with it and go «all in» with Prydes recommendations and design on freshening our family room and kitchen.
We now have a lovely new space with wallpaper, paint, window treatments and lighting. It has lifted my spirits and calmed my soul! what more could you want?
Dianne is very confident and determined… Sometimes we just have to surrender and trust! It worked! I love my home.

This must be their relatives giving them these positive reviews. Everyone i speak to cant stand this place but its the inly place to buy Benjamin Moore in my area. I have given this place 4 chances, and every time I shop there the women are the rudest and most inconsiderate individuals I have ever come across. Benjamin Moore has the best paint products but they should be embarrassed they are even involved with these people.

This place has an amazing selection of wallpaper but the lady that helped me last week was terribly rude and I will never do business there again!

Great products and design tools, but the staff was very negative and rude. They are also higher priced than any other Benjamin Moore distributers.

This is by far the BEST place to go especially if you don’t know what you’re doing like me! I first went in there looking for wallpaper, and the lady (Catherine, I later learned) — within seconds –pulled a book out with the exact paper that I had described. (I had just come from Sherwin Williams on Arden Way where I wasted about 2 hours searching through all of their books trying to find a simple gray linen-​type wall paper).
Then, I needed paint. With all the choices in paint color, and my lack of confidence in knowing what goes best with what, Catherine was there to help me. After telling her what I had in mind, she effortlessly pulled some paint cards and within seconds, provided me a beautiful color scheme for my newly remodeled living room, bathroom, hallway and bedroom. I boutht the Aura line, and I must say, that stuff is like no other paint! It went on beautifully, and looks so rich!!! While it may cost a few dollars extra, it’s relatively inexpensive considering what an impact it can have on the overall look of your room.
I will forever go to Pryde’s paint for my future projects. I know I can go in there, and confidently come out with something that will make my house beautiful!

Well here I am again at Pryde’s Paint and Paper, but for a new reason. We recently had a flood in our condo due to plumbing problems from our neighbor upstairs. I spent a very stressful week playing phone tag with two insurance companies while they decided who was or was not going to cover the damage.
When they finally decided, they also decided that they were going to replace all the flooring and paint all the rooms. What a great time to redecorate so I called my old friends at Pryde’s Paint and Paper. Within hours they helped to give me some Great new ideas for colors, which rooms to paint them in and fabric samples on the way. WOW!
Thanks again Pryde’s Paint and Paper, you saved the day!

All I can say is Benjamin Moore paint is as good as it gets. We are slowly re-​painting our interior with all Benjamin Moore paints.
The ladies at Prydes have been incredibly helpful and patient. If you go in there knowing basically what you like and don’t like they are SO helpful.
They have great suggestions and are no nonsense. They give it to you straight. Be prepared to wait, or ask them for a good slow time when you can go back and ask your questions and get help. Go there knowing that is the product you want, and you’re willing to pay the premium for great product and personal attention, and you’ll get all the great help you need. It is probably the most expensive paint you’ll buy… but SO worth it!

I came in not knowing exactly what I was looking for, and left with the most perfect paint colors I could ever imagine. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and really helped me in a choosing what would fit my décor and style perfectly. While I was there I was introduced to more wallpaper than I could ever imagine, which got my wheels spinning for my next home project. I would recommend this shop for quality, service, and lots of decorating options.

The staff here is fairly unprofessional. Expect to be paid for a pretty expensive «appointment» in order to get a simple opinion in paint color. We’ve taken our business elsewhere.
