This women’s clothing store is located inside the SD Mart. I happened upon it while wandering through all the vendors of the market place. My boyfriend and I were in search of some accessories to add in our quest for 1970’s style clothing. We were getting geared up for a funky 1970’s Unilocal event that evening.
What first caught my eye was a mannequin wearing a black halter jumpsuit with bell bottoms and a wide gold belt around the waist! I couldn’t believe this style was back! This would have been something I would have worn in that era! (If I had been alive back then, I mean). My boyfriend encouraged me to try it on, and to my surprise, it fit great! That’s when I knew I HAD to have it! It was only $ 25.00 and appeared to be well made in a polyester material. The belt was $ 10.00, but they actually gave it to me for $ 5.00 instead!
This shop has some unique styles of clothes, reminiscent of the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s, but in more updated versions. While most of their clothes are way too young for me now, I definitely would have been attracted to a lot of their merchandise in my old partying days! Great place for the woman who wants to stand out in a crowd and be noticed. Lots of sexy, shiny and blingy stuff here! But still caters to the cougar crowd too! Ha! Ha!
