Was contacted by the owner and been asked to give them another chance. So, I went and wow, they did improve on their ingredients. The carna asada fries was perfect, had right amount of everything and had a unique taste. My coworker ordered steak burrito and liked it as well. Awesome place, we’ll be coming back once in the area.

Haven’t come back to this place since I saw cockroaches scurrying around under the serve-yourself chip counter. Some people might be cool with that, but I am not.

I love this place. Really good salsa, chips are ok but the salsa makes up for it, and it’s free. They have beer on draft and bottle, rockstars and monster. Horchata, carrot juice and plenty of sodas and snapples plus a fountain Coke machine. Plenty of space, tvs, great loud party music and great food. Clean bathrooms and the staff is really nice. Plenty of parking to. Also some interesting art work.

Real good Mexican food. I got a huge Carne as Ada burrito for a good price. I base my reviews on Mexican restaurants by how good the burritos are. This place has real good burritos. The meat is of good quality and the flavors are delicious. I recommend this place for good authentic Mexican food.

Food was pretty good and the service was pretty quick. I had the lengua(tongue) burrito. It was melt in your mouth tender. Complimentary chips and salsa were also good. Now, some may ask,“How can you mess chips up?” I’ve been to other spots where the chips were stale and undercooked or burnt. Although I am Laotian, I eat alot of Mexican food. Come to think of it, I don’t think I know another Laotian person who eats as much Mexican food as me. But back to the chips, theirs were fresh and crunchy. The salsa had a pretty good taste also. I will definitely be back to try other items in the future.

Tried the breakfast burrito — bacon, ham, potatoes. It was amazing!!! The potatoes were perfectly cooked. There was a lot of ham — cubed. Bacon wasn’t crispy but still really good. Everything was perfectly cooked, which made the burrito amazing. It came with this orange spicy salsa. I love spicy food so it made the burrito that much better. I definitely recommend the breakfast burritos.

Building The building is vibrant orange! It is kind of hard to miss because it is so bright! It does have lots of logos for the name of the place so of who you will know its linda Taqueria. Vibe The vibe is like going to a fiesta party. There are like lots of decors inside. floors were décor, and banner with fags inside as well. There are plenty of seating and tables for you to sit. its more of a casual layout. They have a soda fountain and usually next to it they chips and salsa complimentary. Menu The menu is pretty good size. They have a wide range of everything. They have tacos, burritos, wet and non wet and super burrito, enchiladas, pozole, menudo on the weekends, and more. everything was pretty much under 10 bucks. More of a fast pace for making their food so thats a plus for lunch rush. Food i ordered a burrito for lunch. i had got the al pastor burrito non wet. Al pastor is a marinated pork. it has fluffy red/orange color rice, pent beans, cilantro and yellow onions and salsa and al pastor which is the marinated pork. I didn’t get the super burrito, which i did regret because i was missing the cheese and guacamole and sour cream goodness for 99 cents extra ugh, well thats what i think«super» means lol. Although on the positive thought, its a good choice i didn’t get the«super» because that is one less mile to run after consuming the word«super» lol. I’m glad i didn’t get it wet because i don’t like my burrito too saucy outside where you have to eat with a fork and knife and can’t even hold it with your hands. lol … I also think it will get all over the pace too and end up feeding my shirt first before it makes it to my mouth lol. i also asked for extra salsa on the side, but they say its already inside. the burrito inside did lack of salsa and made it kind of dry. Glad the meat was moist, but it was like juicy wet. overall i thought it was lacking in some pico de gallo or salsa in general. Price The prices for majority of the menu is under 10 bucks, even the meal combos too. I paid 6.50 for my burrito. i thought it was worth it because they were generous with the meat and rice. Each bite had a bit of the al pastor, so it was evenly spread out! Location + Parking The location is close to cash and carry and restaurant depot. Also within one mile away from the Richard’s blvd. Also the cup head quarter is nearby. It is also next to a school so its convenient location. Also parking isn’t a problem here because there are lots of parking spaces. Overall i enjoy my experience here. i do wish i got the word«super» with my burrito, i guess a fatty foodie always need the most lol. it was a fast pace for making the food, since i was in a time crush. this place is like a go in and go out kind of pace, perfect for people on the go during lunch time. i do see this as a lunch spot place, but not much of a dinner place because of the location. Next time i return i will have to try their tacos. Thanks for reading and have a good day!

Just started work around the corner and I’ve already been to Linda’s five times! Love the crunchy tacos and the burritos. The service is great. The prices are fair. Free chips and salsa(good salsa) and there’s always a soccer game on. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere, but perfect if you work in the area.

YUMMM I decided to go here during lunch because I had a craving for carne asada tacos. Their carne asada tacos are $ 1.50 each and it comes with onion, cilantro and salsa. The carne asada has good flavor and they gave me a lot of meat for my taco. The service is good and when I came during lunch it wasn’t too crowded. There is chips and salsa that you can help yourself too. The chips and salsa were just okay. The downside is that they charge you for chips and salsa if you decide to take the order to go.

On a business trip and found this place because it was close to my hotel. I was amazed at the meat choices. I think they even had beef tongue, tripe, and beef check! I ordered the al pastor, asada, and chicken tacos. Each were $ 1.25. The cashier lady was very nice and it didn’t take too long to get my order. There’s complimentary chips and salsa so that was nice. Now let’s talk about the food! Tacos were kind of small but I don’t mind. Kind of like them that way. They are all double wrapped in in corn(I think) tortilla. I think out of the 3 I had the chicken was the best. It was not overly cooked or dry. The salsa topping had a good kick to it. No need to add more salsa. The asada was good too. Again, cooked well and the salsa enhanced the flavor. The al pastor was a little disappointing. It was on the dry side and the flavor was just okay. Overall, pretty tasty tacos for the price. If I’m ever around the area again(which is rare lol) I would definitely come back.

Going her for lunch tomorrow. I love the self-serve chips and salsa. The salsa is good. Coke zero and a carne asada burrito with all you can eat chips and salsa – can’t beat that. I get the super burrito, wet, and my drink for about $ 10. A couple visits ago I tried the enchilada plate. It was fine, but I always go back to the carne asada burrito.

I usually eat here at least once a week, and this place always makes me happy. It’s nice to take a break from work to get some affordable, quick, yet tasty carnitas tacos from the incredibly nice staff. The employees are always happy regardless of the weather or the line of people waiting. Great service, time after time!

First time eating here and BOY was the food delish! It’s very inexpensive and the quality of food is Excellent. I had the Carne Asada Burrito, which had rice, beans, cilantro and onions. The sopes are to die for, the flavor of the meat is ridiculously amazing, lets just say i was still craving the food after i was done. So if you haven’t been to Linda’s Taqueria what are you waiting for. BEST Mexican food in Sacramento!

Food: 2⁄5 I came here for a breakfast burrito at lunch. I was let down. I read good things from some of the other reviews, but it just didn’t work out for me. To make matters worse, I found a piece of chicken in my veggie breakfast burrito. T_T That made me sad. Service: 4⁄5 Obviously I can’t give the place a 5⁄5 given they messed up my order. But they were very friendly when I was ordering my food. Also, the staff that was working the floor was very friendly too. Atmosphere: 4⁄5 Actually pretty dang nice all things considered. This place is isn’t in the best part of down, but they do a very good job with the décor and keeping it clean. Final thoughts: 3⁄5 It didn’t work out for me… but if you are in the area, give it a try. Part of me wants to give this place 2 stars… but the customer service brought it up to 3 stars for me. Everything was pretty inexpensive at this place and I bet they probably do other things right outside of breakfast burritos. I’ve been to places that make not so good breakfast burritos but make pretty good everything else. Also… if for some reason someone doesn’t want Mexican food, this place also serves up burgers. O_o Weird right?

One of my friends told me about this place a few months ago, and I give it a try once, wasn’t that bad, and 2nd they looked more pro, this time they’re on it! Loved the food, excellent customer service! Will recommend this restaurant for Mexican food on Richards Blvd.
