Not only do they not show up on time but do not even bother to call and inform if they will not be able to make it. We were scheduled to have the new cooktop that we purchased through RC Willey. Neither RC Willey nor these guyz bothered to inform. Poor service guyz try someone else

Got recommendation from Sears to use JP Appliances for installation. Called them up and Russ came out and did an excellent job installing a new oven and cook top. We highly recommend these guys. They are top notch!

I ordered a window ac unit from Sears with install and haul away service. I waited 3 days after my appointment date and got no service. Sears rep told me this company is the one that they are contracted to service my area. and JP App. would not accept Sears rep’s phone calls. They finally got through on the 3rd day and JP APP said they are refusing service. I’ve been stuck at home waiting for them and dying in the heat cause of no ac. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered a new dishwasher from Sears; they recommended JP Appliances to install the new appliance, and haul off the old one.
The installers called and scheduled an appointment quickly. The installer, Dave, was professional and efficient. He was early and expertly installed the dishwasher. Super nice folks.
