Jack In the Box

Asked for ketchup, didn’t get it. Asked for regular fries, got curly. Asked for a sprite and gave a fanta Orange. When I started to eat, there was a hair in my curly fries. Gross. Didn’t ask for cheese either in my burger. Just a bad day for them today.

There are two Jacks close to my home. I love this location over the other one. I been here quite alot of times actually but finally decided to write a review. Me and the boyfriend were craving the munchie meals so decided to get some at 1am. Late i know. Anyways for a friday night i was surprised there was no line. Which i was thankful for. The person who greated me, took my order and processed it is named Fatima. I decided to write this review mainly because of her. Is rare that you go to a fastfood place late at night without employees having attitudes. Fatima was nice and friendly from the moment she spoke to me till she gave me my food. So thank you Fatima! The food is always hot. The wait is reasonable and i hardly get any messed ups. Definitely recommend this one over the one on arden way.

I have a new found respect for Jack in the Box. They don’t stop serving breakfast at 10:30, it’s available ²⁴⁄₇. Also, they have a sign by the entrance regarding the state law prohibiting smoking within 20 feet.

This place sucks. Every damn time I come threw its the same lady that can’t speak a lick of English, you can’t even understand her. I order the same thing everytime. And everytime she repeats it back at least 3 different times WRONG! it’s not complicated. Meat lovers with no sausage or ham. Like Jesus Christ. And 3 – 4 times I get it and it’s wrong on not wrapped right so it falls out when I pick it up. I’m driving my happy ass elsewhere.

DISGUSTING WORK HABITS

I watched the MANAGER sit Bags of Fries directly on the ground. With the same un-​gloved hand he moved filthy mats and touch food he was serving not washing them once. When I walked up to the counter to record what he had lying on the bare floors (NOT KNOWING I UNDERSTOOD HER) one of his staff started yelling at him in Spanish that I was recording him. and to pick the bags up. He then got up and tossed the entire bags on the shelf came to me and said
«What chu want?» No joke, its what he said with his broken accent.
I said to him «Excuse me?»
He responded with «I SAY, WHAT CHU WANT? NO?»
I told him I know hes shitting bricks cause I caught his ass and what he was doing on camera and I was taking it to corporate. I then told him how disrespectful and disgusting it was.
With a blank deer-​in-​headlights stare he said nothing.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE PLEASE.
I’ve opened up a case with corporate to deal with this in a appropriate manner!

Love this place ! The staff is so helpful. I always go. The worker names Magaly always helps me and she is the supper nice. I food is always warm and fresh. A worker named is Yadira is so friendly !!! It’s always clean. I love it here. If you stop by you will not regret it !

Tacos are soo cheap and delicious. 50cent tacos are amazing, but comes in packs of two so it’s actually $ 1, but whatever. Who’s complaining, right? This is my go-​to junk food spot. Oh YEAH, CURLY FRIES are a must try too!

I love the monster tacos with a side of curly fries. Can’t go wrong here.

I give them 2 stars for not getting my order right !! I called them numerous of times and of course no one answered the phone, i did leave a message asking for a call back and still haven’t received one. They need to hire more people… Overall food is good and place is clean. Service is alright but really it could be better

Five stars for TACO’S!!!
I don’t care about the service, if the place is clean, if you are out of every type of soda, have soggy french fries, can’t make me a milkshake, get everything else in my order wrong, only take cash or even if you call me names!

For a fast food place, this one is pretty good.
Open late means I can stop by and grab some yummy hot curly fries after a long and probably drunken night.
The staff has always been very friendly and always gives me as many ranch sauces as I want. Also, my order has never been wrong.
Basically what you want and expect from a fast food restaurant.

Always has gotten my order correct once I have re-​explained it to them several times I think they just have a bad mic in the drive through box but usually quickest JitB I go to

This is a very friendly Jack in the Box. I’ve gone here a few times over the years when I was in desperate need of food. I typically order the seasoned curly fries (oh goodness– so good!) and a vanilla milkshake. It’s fast food, but any place that has great curly fries is good in my book!
The food here has always been cooked just right and the staff have always had a smile on their faces.

Drove through to get an order for me and a co-​worker. I told them I needed to pay with 2 cards. The girl says «no». A bit shocked I asked the manager wht they were refusing my payment. She said that they might get complaints, it takes too long to do.
In this economy refusing a payment? There are so many other places to eat on the block that it will not bother me one bit to not go back again.

Every time I have gone to this location it was through the drive thru, and every single time I have had to wait for a long period of time. The most previous which is also the last time I will ever go here, I ordered for two through the drive thru, and was told to pull up front to wait for my order. On top of waiting at the drive thru window for 5 minutes, I waited in front of the store for an additional 15 minutes. Mind you, I was the only customer whether it was in drive thru or inside the restaurant. My boyfriend had to walk inside the restaurant and grab the food from some guy who apparently couldn’t figure out which car was ours, even though there was only two other cars which I assume belonged to the employees!

I didn’t catch his name, but the guy working the drive thru tonight had amazing customer service. I know it’s crazy to point out but it was unexpected and quite pleasant. Thanks for that buddy

I was in a hurry and needed something fast. There were soo many other places to eat in the area, but I figured since I was in a rush I’ll just swing by Jack’s and settle for something quick since it was on the way. The drive-​thru had a line and the parking lot was empty, so I decided to go in and take things to go. I ordered the Steak Pita thinking… «I like steak, I like pitas… perfect!» The lobby was soooo dirty! Tables were left uncleaned, the floors needed sweeping, and the soda bar was a mess. I had to watch my food being made just to get some comfort that it was safe to eat. I got into my car and opened up the pita bag. The steak and contents were not even in the pita, but on top of it. Maybe the guy dsnt know that the bread actually opens up so you can put it in the pita… it was more like a mini pizza than a pita. Being in a hurry i just rolled it up like it was a soft taco or chalupa and ate it. The food tasted as fresh as I could imagine fast food could be, and the taste itself was kinda meh… I do have one good thing to say… it was fast?
