This is the second year that Tracie has done taxes for our family and small business. She has been patient, available and efficient with me even though I am not the most organized individual! I was searching around for a place that would charge 80.00 and found this place. I communicated through email with both Tracie and Jeff, they tagged teamed my emails and were both up to date on my file. Eventually, I just kept communicating with Jeff since we had spoke on the phone at length and he was the one i ended up meeting with. I had a IRA distribution and would of ended up owing but he squeezed every write off he could out of my return and I ended up in the positive. He also offered to look at my retirement accounts and give me advice on investments for free. I feel like the service there was worth way more than what i paid and I will for sure be back next year.
The only negative was the location was hard to find, my GPS had me trippin. I passed it three times, lol, but that could just be me. If you go see them based on my review use my name and let me know! they have a promotion this year for every third referral they give out a giftcard!

I am use to H&R block or Liberty, just making short talk or rushes you out of the office! So rude, but it’s a breathe of fresh air to meet someone who cares.
