Small little place in our hotel, I cant really rave and I cant really complain, the food was fast and okay., the facility was uneventful and the staff we polite but not personable.

Ordered the mac n cheese for lunch. Creamy, hot and a perfect start to taking an afternoon nap. Took 10 minutes for a waiter to show up though. Small menu but if you are staying at the hilton, not a lot of other options close.

For a hotel coffee shop, it’s perfectly acceptable. Prices are higher than your average Denny’s, but not crazy high. Service was prompt, and although the breakfast menu was not that extensive, it offered enough choices for most.

My husband and I were treated to a complimentary lunch at Harvard Street Grille back in November. I ordered the steak salad, my husband ordered a chicken sandwich. The start salad was delicious! My husband really liked his chicken sandwich too. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, I would suggest coming to this restaurant.

The food is mediocre, and I got sick from eating the crab tater tots. Their attempt at making queso fundito was odd, but it had decent flavor. I should have taken my cue from the other hotel guests and gone out of the building for dinner.

I stayed at this Hilton Hotel for work and was scared to try this place based on the reviews. I was there the week before Christmas. I ordered the chicken quesadillas. I gotta say, they were decent! Guac tasted fresh and handmade, chicken had good flavor, presentation was awesome. Service was kinda slow, but there was only one server/hostess. Maybe management read all the reviews and did something about the menu? If I stay at this Hilton again, I’d go back to the Harvard Street Bar & Grill.

Would never have chosen to eat here but was attending a conference and my group didn’t get enough food.(Group’s fault, not hotel’s– just for the record.) Had a ghastly cobb salad with criminally overcooked chicken. It was actually difficult to chew it. There’s pretty much no reason to eat here unless you’re stuck in the hotel for some reason.

We went there for Mira Loma Senior Dinner on June 6th2011 and was completely disappointed with the dinner. The F&B Director and the Executive chef should be ashamed with their inability to cook a meal that is worth $ 30 a plate. We had pasta and the food is tasteless and one of the parent had chicken and the carrot is raw. Why do you not even taste the food before you serve? This is outrageously embarrassing to happen in such a reputable Hotel like Hilton. I will strongly encourage Mira Loma High School and other businesses to stop patronizing with Hilton Arden until they get their act together.

Came here for dinner Friday night. We ordered a bottle of Shiraz which took 10 – 15 min to arrive. At first per the waitress they where searching for the bottle, then she came back and said they where all out. So we had to look for an alternative Shiraz for our meal. We started off with the fried calamari and wasabi aioli. Nothing special on the calamari and the wasabi aioli did nothing to the calamari, we stuck with the marinara sauce instead. For dinner I ordered the special of the day. Halibut topped with cheese, bearnaise sauce, mashed potatoes, baby squash and carrots. The mashed potatoes where formed in a form of a heart and the fish draped on the bottom of the potatoes and bernaise sauce. It was sad to see that the fish was over cooked and dry. With all the components especially the cheese this tasted more like a Fillet O’ Fish from Mc Donald’s. No joke! It was only missing the buns. For desert we had the molten chocolate cake which was nothing special, looked as if it came out of a box. It also had a powdery flour taste. Would not want to come eat here again.

Overpriced. Food took forever. Had to ask for dinner rolls… which they didn’t have beacuse they were«frozen» so they gave us some olive bread which was nice. Room service comes from here as well and the breakfast was once again, overpriced. The attentivness of the staff was the only thing keeping this from being a one star.

Great Caesar salad(especially with the shrimp). Yummy Sunday brunch. Its just your standard slightly overpriced hotel restaurant, but its a good hotel restaurant. Oh, and yummy deserts!
