Bad experience and unaccommodating customer service. We have given Paul and his wife plenty of chances to redeem themselves since May 2013. My husband bought a washer from them and it leaked plus flooded our pantry and kitchen!!! What a nightmare!
The repair guy came out and he was great and very helpful but once he left it did the same thing! So we got a replacement until the original washer we bought for was being fixed.
Within the last 2 months, I have emailed and called them asking them what happen to the washer we originally purchased which was more expensive than the replacement. Till now I am asking them for the difference since replacement works fine but just not in the best cosmetic condition.
Spoke with his wife and she said she would look into the situation but till now still waiting.
People make mistakes but we never got an apology or any empathy from these people, they just wanted to cover up their mistakes and get us out of their way! Didn’t even offer a refund the first time the machine flooded.
In my books, I will never buy or use their products again and we will continue to go to Sears outlet for needed reliable appliances!

After calling four different people who advertised on Craigslist that they would pick up any non-​working appliance for free and having no one show up, I thought I’d give it one more try and called Green Guru Appliance. Much to my surprise they actually came out and picked it up just as promised and as scheduled… without charge! The young man who picked it up called in advance of his arrival. This business is filling a great need by repairing old appliances and making them available to those people who have hit upon hard times and can’t afford to buy new applicances. At the same time they are also helping the environment by insuring that these appliances don’t end up in a landfill. Thank you Green Guru!

Very helpful! Took an old appliance w/​NO questions asked or money… Representative was courteous & helpful. WOW what a GREAT feature! I will use them again.
