Fruitridge Printing

I have now used Fruitridge Printing for several of my photography business’ marketing pieces. They have always been prompt to answer any questions, so easy to work with, and turn around times are very quick. As a professional photographer, it’s so important that the color be accurate and the printing look professional. This has always been the case with Fruitridge Printing. Prices are also very reasonable. Everything has been done over the internet, and I must admit that I have not yet stepped into their retail location. Delivery has been to my door in El Dorado County. In preparation for taking a position in Marketing or Public Relations I have been strengthening my business contacts such as graphic designers, web designers, social media gurus, photographers, videographers, bloggers (please contact me if you are interested in getting to know each other), and others who fall under the umbrella of marketing. I was recently contacted by Don Tramel who is in business development for Fruitridge Printing and Mailing. Mr. Tramel is reaching out to marketing professionals like myself to develop business relationships. I appreciated Mr. Tramel’s forward-​thinking of finding me on LinkedIn and requesting that I come tour their printing facility. He also was charming, professional, and followed up directly after our meeting.
I have worked around the marketing industry for years and have had the chance to see three other facilities before this one. This printing facility is spotless! The workers were all extremely focused on their work and the quality of their products is phenomenal. I was particularly impressed by how earth-​friendly this facility is. They offer soy-​based inks, are 100% offset by wind energy, Forest Stewardship Certified (FSC), have a solid recycling program, and are a family-​operated, woman-​owned business. Their website is

They handle the printing of banners and signs, catalogs and pocketed folders in addition to having a top of the line die-​cutter to give your mailings and promotional materials the ability to stand out.
For those of us who have worked on campaign mailings, the pressure to get things finished by deadlines is immense, and it is often when things go to print that setbacks happen, Mr. Tramel stressed that the communication lines are open at Fruitridge printing. Don assured me that not only would my needs be catered to when I bring them my print business but their in-​house team has solid follow-​through and quick turnaround. This was evidenced to me throughout the tour by seeing their work board which was extremely organized (the notes looked like they had been aligned with a ruler they were so neat and ordered), getting the chance to witness their super focused employees at work, and taking in the vibe of a well-​ordered working environment. I will be recommending Fruitridge to friends and family in the industry and hope to get the chance to work with them myself soon.
