I live so close to this place. I want to like it. I really do.
I don’t. Whether it be pickup or delivery, it’s always an hour+ wait, and misquoted. Their food is mediocre, at best. Their honey «walnut» prawns come without ANY walnuts. After waiting an hour and 40 minutes tonight for delivery from a place I can pretty much see from my house, and after so many other disappointments, I am officially done. I went and got Carl’s Jr., if that tells you anything. I will never order from them again. Mediocre quality+bad customer service = Nope.

Brandy Fried Chicken allll day, can’t speak on much else, the smoothies are decent. Trying the porkchops tonight and they deliver. Let you guys know if the chops are on hit. Ch ch ch chiiiilll

I am from the east coast and I find that Chinese food in here is quite different. The service was very friendly, the curry was great but the general chicken was saggy and salty. I am giving 4 stars because I enjoyed the service and the curry, but I likely would not come back.

Best thing was the sweet pork… not a fan of the house speical chow mein tasted kinda plain… the honey walnut shrimp I expected more from it.

Zero stars would be more accurate. I live 2 blocks from this place… placed an order for delivery at 7 pm on a Thursday night then waited an hour and ten minutes before calling to check on my order because their 50 minute guarantee for delivery had come and gone. They told me it would be ready to leave in another 10 minutes. Seriously?!! I’ve experienced this exact same ordeal from this place before so I waited a full year before trying again and sadly it’s still as poorly run as it’s always been. It blows me away that they’re still in business despite their incompetence. Do not order from them.

I had lunch there today while waiting for my car to be repaired at a nearby auto mechanic. The only reason I came here was because of lack of options and it was suggested by the auto mechanic.
I got in and maybe there were 2 – 3 tables occupied out of 15, so it wasn’t that busy. A young Asian male came to seat me and I ordered a veggie with shrimp on white rice and asked for a glass of water. After waiting for 25 minutes without getting anything, I started to look at one of the ladies (whom I assume to be the owner). She knew I wasn’t happy and when she got to the back, she said something to the others in the back (likely checking on the status of my order). She then stopped by with a small bowl of soup, which I assume came with a lunch special, to calm me down, knowing that I was getting mad and impatient. The soup was this gelatinous mess and it was way too salty so I didn’t eat/​drink it.
The guy who forgot to bring me water eventually delivered my food… but in a takeout box even though I was waiting to eat there and did not order take out. Even if I were getting a takeout, he should have provided a plastic bag and some plastic utensils. So I told him it’s for here but to not bother with a dish since I didn’t want to spend much more time there. I just wanted to get out asap.
The food itself was mediocre. The veggies were typical frozen, pre-​chopped and there was a huge chunk of ginger. Ginger in this context should be sliced not chopped in a big hunk. The veggie sauce was a bit on the salty side.
So for only the second time in my life, I did not leave a real tip. I purposely left a dime to make a point. If I had not left anything, he might have just thought I was cheap. I wanted him to know that I purposely left a dime b/​c he provided terrible service and food.
Peace out. I will never go there again…

We recently moved to the area and decided to check them out for take out. The portions were large and the food was OK.

Great service, very friendly and welcoming. War wonton soup is a favorite, we also love the walnut shrimp! Everything is made to order and piping hot.

I’m from LA and I hit this place up every time I come to Sacramento. Great food, great service, and great prices; you can’t beat that at a authentic Chinese restaurant. I really love the walnut shrimp… Best I’ve had!

Their delivery saved my life when I was studying for a big test. My friend told me to give them another try. Food was awesome, guess I’m just one of those critical people and they were having a bad day the first time around. Having worked in the food service industry, I can be forgiving!
Still would not recommend the thai tea.
It’s like the chinese version of a taco truck, definitely not fine dining, but you’ll crave it.
Food delivered in less than 30 minutes!

Just went there 5 minutes ago and oh did it suck. There was 1 young worker who ran the whole front and he was hardly up there, or when he was he was sitting down eating. VERY awkward greeting, told me my food would be done in 7 – 10 min try 20 – 25 (I was on a 30 min lunch break) get my brandy fried chicken and it taste fishy. It’s been a while since I had visited the place since today but I’m really disappointed.

5 stars for free delivery ($ 15 purchase within 3 miles and $ 30 purchase within 5 miles). 3 stars for inconsistent wait times but the young man who does the deliveries is very friendly. A solid 4 stars for the food. Make sure you order the garlic green beans which are phenomenal. The chow mein is a bit too heavy on the soy sauce for my taste but there are so many other options to chose from.

So I ordered brocoli beef, chicken chow main sweet and sour chicken not fried and small white rice. They thought I was off my rocker when I wanted sauté chicken. Got what I ordered minus white rice. All the juice from chicken spilled all over me and car. Never got white rice and hardly any beef in dish. We live around a lot of Chinese restaurant s never going back.

If you haven’t been here yet, you need to come and try this place! Bomb! Fresh & reasonable prices. Me and my Husband have been coming here for years and we absolutely Love this place! :) Good Food and Friendly Service.

Omg so good at first I was a little iffy about this place but I was wrong its really good the family that owns the place are super Nice and helpful and … They deliver yay the walnut shrimp is my favorite

There have been many incarnations of Chinese Restaurants in this strip mall with the latest being Fortune Palace.
There are a dozen tables covered with red table cloths and topped by clear plastic; ugly tile floor; even uglier faux wood paneled walls with some decorations and photos of the dishes they serve; a television, that while I was there was tuned to a sports channel.
The décor did not thrill me, but the service was fast, pleasant, and attentive. The food was tasty, with large portions and a low price.
I could definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Soooo I love coming here. Food is hot and fresh. The lady who works here with her family is so nice.
I always come here for lunch and have always been a faithful customer… The décor is not much but I’m a fan of best keep secrets and yummy Chinese food. Come here. It’s delicious.

This is the first review I’ve ever written on Unilocal.Ever. Just because of how ridiculous this business is.
I called for delivery and they said I was too far out so they were going to charge $ 30 for delivery. Seriously?! Uh that’s more than the bill for my food! I told the lady never mind but she insisted on delivering for free. Wow right. We only ordered two entrees and an appetizer for a total of $ 26! Wtf. Not to mention the portions weren’t even enough to fill the togo box. (See pics)

I called in my order and still had to wait over 30 mins for my food. Meat for won tons sat out on the table for the entire time I was there. This makes me nervous. (See pics). Mexican guy was really nice, Asian guy was a bit shy. I asked for soy vinegar sauce asian dude said there was none, yet i had one in my pot stickers b. I bought $ 40 worth of food and he only gave me 2 soy sauce. I ask for more, he gave me 2 more. I got more myself! They also have me no silver ware and put my food n a soda box instead of a bag!

General chix combo plate… dry chicken… almost like jerky. It was kinda bitter too. And burnt. See pics. Rice n chow mein pretty good except I found a piece of stainless steel in my chow noodles. The kind that u scrub puts with. Gross!
Cream cheese wontons — paid for them but they didn’t give them to me.
Foil wrapped chix was pretty good… some parts kind of chewy and over cooked but good
Sadly, I’d try this food again as dine in only! That way, I don’t pay for bad food or what I don’t get.
