Emergency Locksmith

Terrible customer service from the start. Should have known. He said he would be arrive in 30 minutes only to show up 50 minutes later and after playing the «I’m here, but I can’t find you» when I was sitting outside the whole time. When he finally arrived he have us a ridiculous quote of $ 25 for coming out, $ 25 to start working and $ 165 for the actual work which didn’t even include replacing the part which we knew was $ 100 from another locksmith. When we told him we were not going to using him he kept lowering his price and offering alternate services none of which were what we were asking for. Ultimately we paid him for coming out and used someone else. Below standard customer service and outrageous fees.

Dispatch did a good job of quickly identifying a technician to respond to my call that I had locked myself out of my home. That is the only positive thing I have to say about this locksmith company.
The technician called me soon after I contacted the company to confirm my address and ask what I needed. He informed me of the service call fee $ 29 and the fee to give a quote $ 25. This does not include any work to actually get me back in the house. The technician told me that he would arrive within 30minutes.
At 40 minutes, I called to inquire how much longer he would be. He told me that he was outside. I let him know that was not possible as I was outside and he was not with me. Again, I was locked out of my house. Im pretty aware of what is outside as I cannot go inside. He proceeded to argue with about his location as I continued to tell him that he was not at my home. After 15 minutes of additional directions and arguments about my location and his location, he finally arrived.
Once he arrived he took a cursory glance at my lock and have me a quote for $ 165 to unlock my door which he said would entail removing the entire locking mechanism and deadbolt. This quote did not include any replacement lock even though what he was describing would leave my front door without a way to lock it.
I thanked him for the quote and told him that I would not be using his services. I told him I would pay for the service call and quote but would find another locksmith to handle this. He proceeded to argue with me that he is only here to help me and that if I don’t have him do the job he doesn’t get paid. I told him that was unfortunate but his lateness and attitude combined with the price was unacceptable.
I paid the service fee and quote fee and he proceeded to offer me a lower quote of $ 100 to unlock the door. I told him that I would not need his services.
I have dealt with much better locksmiths than this company and would not recommend this company to anyone.
