Food was great! Muntaj the waitress stole 20 dollar s from a special needs lady. Lied about it. Got caught and manager had the chance to give the woman back her money and didn’t! Manager s name was Jeremy. District manager was suppose to call me … Still waiting.

Came in with my family tonight at almost midnight. Waited about 10 minutes and then was helped by Andres who I believe was the manager. He took our order and our food was out pretty fast surprisingly. He was very friendly and attentive.

Made a call for a pick up order. It took me several tries because I kept getting the busy tone, but after 5 minutes I was able to get through. The guy who took my order was awesome! He knew the menu and didn’t miss to ask me any details. Told me my order would be ready in 15 min. The call literally lasted less than 2 minutes. That really impressed me. When I arrived there 7 minutes early, the gentleman;(Asian man with glasses, didn’t catch his name) who helped on the phone was apologetic that all he needed to make was my pancakes. I told him don’t worry because I was the early one. In less than 5 minutes, I got out there with no problems ;) My 5 stars was solely on their service and time. Amazing. It’s hard to find, It’s literally as soon as you exit the highway.

Sometimes the third time is the charm. Our first encounter was awkward but better then the last 3 visits to Original Perrys. The second visit reminded us why Dennys is so special. I am looking forward to our next time already… Thank You Dennys for offering old fashioned Diner food that is consistently delicious and undoubtedly some of the better eats offered here in the south. The entire team was out to gain mad props for excellent customer service today! Our visit started out on a perfect note and continued to satisfy until we received our food! It was definitely noticeable that everyone played apart in quality control before my plate hit the table. Presentation was up to par, taste and freshness all acceptable levels and exactly what I expected. Thank You Dennys… I am so happy I can come by for any meal, anytime of day and enjoy it.

My husband and I just went to Denny’s to get lunch. The waitress asked us if we wanted a booth or a table, my husband said a booth. Her reply was I prefer you to sit at a table. My question to this waitress is why, bother asking if you don’t care we’re we want to sit. Also don’t argue with the customer. This how restaurant go out of business.

Been to this Denny’s many times, but NEVER again. We arrived at 10:40 and put our name in for 2 people. We waiting in the lobby area the entire time and waited for our name to be called. We finally figured out that people arriving after us were getting seated, so we checked up at the counter and they said they had called our name already(which they clearly hadn’t) and they were going to sit the party that was just called, but that we would be next. A few minutes later when they called the next name for a party of two, it wasn’t us and when we went to the counter a young lady(almost a teenager) showed us on the list how we had been crossed off almost 10 names back and since they called our name already they weren’t going to seat us. I explained that we had been sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes and they definitely did not call our name. And why wouldn’t they just seat us now. The girl continued to refuse to seat us and argue that they had called our name. Even a random bystander asked«why wouldn’t you just seat them?». Finally my husband started to raise his voice and ask to speak with the manager when an older waitress intervened and said that we were right and that we had come up to the counter before. To which the«hostess’» response was«well, are you going to seat them in your section then?». The new waitress Sat us in a booth and returned 5 minutes later to get our drink order. We ordered water, coke, and coffee. At this point I asked a different waiter(who wasn’t already involved) if he could bring out the manager for us. 10 minutes later our waitress returns with a water and an empty coffee mug to say that they are«out of Coke and you will have to change your order.“at this point, still no appearance of manager, the waitress is clearly angry at us, and everyone pretty much didn’t want to serve us. So we left, went to IHOP and got served food within 10 minutes of arriving. I feel sorry for the staff at that Denny’s as they seemed very unhappy and understaffed.

Came here @11am to have breakfast for my bday. I was seated promptly but waited 15 min at the table with no one in sight. i decided to just get up and order my free bday grand slam to go. its ridiculous that not one waitress came to take our drink order or anything. So i had to wait another 15min for my order to be ready while im starving and i shouldn’t have to starve on my bday… The left side of the restaurant is packed and they have one lady taking orders and serving ALL .NOTCOOL.

This place is the worst. Went in for breakfast, got seated in a section no one else was at. Never asked if we wanted drinks and walked away. Waitress goes to get another table drinks and obviously she knew these people and thought they need service more than the next person. And of course the waitress was black and her group of friends were black. Our party was all white elderly ladies. Now, to me, seating us in section by ourselves, ignore us, just for us to watch this broad service her buddies without even checking on us is, to me, that’s racist. So we got up and walked out. Period. Not ever coming back to this dennys and I will make sure no one that I know will come to this dennys, ever again. This place really deserves no damn stars. But one is good enough.

Moon I guess is her name. Worst server ever. She barely speaks English. She has no social skills. Being someone who works in customer service I’ve never been able to understand why people who get paid to do something just give up on their jobs. Especially a job that lives or dies on her getting tipped. I guess getting a $ 1 tip is normal considering she has no drive to be even remotely good at her job. It really doesn’t take much to take an order and bring food to a table. People go out to eat to get good service and good food and Denny’s is walking a thin line with the food. I will drive the extra 10 mins from now on to go to a different Denny’s, just to avoid getting stuck with pretty much all the servers here.

What in the heck is going on with these restaurants now in days. I think I have had the worst experiences with several of these places in the recent week’s. I came here and got the grand slam… And I swear they purposely put long and pubic hair in my food and my wife food as well. They gave my 8 year old fruit on her pancakes that she frown up at. The first of us five waited 20 minutes for seating. Once seated and the order was placed it took a very, very long time for four of us to receive our food — two orders were only warm; while, the fifth order came after the other four were already finished eating. Had to request drink refills when we could get a hold of our server. Were informed that there was a shortage of servers as well as a shortage of cooks(and by appearances a shortage of bussers). The temperature inside was overly warm and muggy — as it seemed that the air conditioning was not on. We saw a rotation of at least a dozen people waiting to be seated at any one time, while there were many empty booths/tables, during the hour we were there. To the credit of the staff who were there, each one appeared to be very busy and very hard-working. Based on our experience it’s my opinion that there is either frugality on overhead costs or poor management(I am a retired manager). I tried to send a message of our dissatisfaction to the«contact» e-mail address on the Denny’s corporate web site, but when I pressed enter, a flag generated that the page was no longer available. Some of the above-mentioned issues occurred randomly on prior visits — but we thought we’d give it another try. Well, we will not patronize this particular Denny’s ever again.

I was going to order a milk strawberry shake the waitress(moon) said” I have way too many tables so if you order it in going to make it whenever I can so its not going to be fast«I understand you being stressed but that is no way to talk to a customer !! My friends and I came in around 10 pm on a Sunday night. All of the patrons were sat in one section of the restaurant, which means that they were not busy. We were given a table and water right away, but it took awhile for our server to come take our order. One reason I love eating at Denny’s is their value menu. I usually order their French Toast meal($ 8), but I saw they had something new on their $ 6 menu(Eggs in a Basket) that consisted of two eggs fried into the middle of a cheddar cheese bread roll, hash browns(my absolute favorite!), and sausage. I ordered a slice of French toast on the side($ 2). Everything was good, but I couldn’t taste any jalapeño in the bread, unfortunately. I would still order this again, though. My friend had the grand slam deal with pumpkin pecan pancakes. The cook omitted the pecans, which were to be cooked with the pancake batter, the first time, so our server apologized, gave us the first pancake stack(free), and informed us that the cook was working on the second batter. This location doesn’t usually have great customer service like the one off of Mack Road, but our server was an exception. I usually avoid this location due to the lack of customer service, but I will now consider coming here when I want breakfast.

Stay away from this place! My wife got food poisoning from here. I myself feel a bit sick. The waitress(named Terra) forgot half the things we ordered. There was 3 of us. No napkins or straws for our drinks. At the end. She told us «you guys need to leave so I can clock out» in the most rude way possible. We were barely there 20 mins and our food just came out. Called the manager here and they clearly don’t care either. Big surprise… Every time I come here something is wrong.

It was 9:45 pm on a Saturday night and my group and I needed to eat before going clubbing. We stopped by here since most places were closed and it was nearer to home. We’re got seated immediately and the usual. My boyfriend got T bone steak I believe. It tasted quite plain. He also ordered it medium rare but they gave him rare and he had to ask them to cook it more. The waiter was happily able to do so which is a plus for service! I had the country chicken which was meh and my friend got some chicken soup that had good flavor but was kinda salty. Garlic bread wasn’t very appetizing. Small vegetable portions. The service was good in my experience but the food was just okay for the price. I am conflicted so I’m just gonna say 3 stars.
