Great customer service. They’re was a delay in getting my order out and without me saying a word the owner, Joshua came out and offered me a soda and a gift card for next time. I didn’t even complain! I was just waiting calmly for my order, I was blown away! He is clearly on top of things at his establishment and wants his customers to have a good experience. Well done, Joshua!

Was here yesterday for lunch and there was nothing negative I can say about this place. The chicken sandwich is exactly what it is and nothing less. I typically eat ketchup with EVERYTHING but something about their sauce makes me us it instead. What won me over and made me give them five stars is their service. This fast food place has better service than most restaurants haha. Will be back!

I’ve never had Chic-​Fil-​A until this year. Can you imagine? I’ve been missing out on real and inexpensive spicy chicken sandwiches up until this year. This place is great and far more of a better option than other fast food restaurants. In fact Chic-​fil-​A is incomparable. Their waffle potato fries are another delight. 5 stars for quality crispy chicken sandwiches and exceptional service.

Yes…5 stars. Service it top noch. The food tastes fresh! I’ve tried everything on the menu but formed an addiction for their Grilled Market salad as well as their Chicken noodle soup. Everything tastes great. The salad comes with strawberries, blueberries, apples, chicken (yum) crumbled blue cheese… awww and the apple cider balsamic… heavenly! It is delicious and fresh! Quality fast food… it is worth the penny!

I’m a regular customer, and the service is great every time, even when it’s crowded. It’s also one of the few restaurants with a play place for the kids.
During my most recent visit, I was chatting with the man cleaning the windows while my son was playing. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Turns out, he was the owner. I have a lot of respect for owners and managers who are willing to do the dirty work once in a while.

I like this place from the very start.
A clean, cool, comfortable place to eat, much better than Applebee’s, way better than McDonald’s. Very nice place — just to start with. It looks inviting. Indeed, there are a few people with computers working; a few people reading; families: you don’t get the feeling that you have 8 minutes to choke down your food as you get with a number of hamburger joints.
The customer service from the get-​go is outstanding. The people are very nice; love spoiling their customers; are motivated to provide excellent service! My congratulations! I just haven’t seen this consistently in any chain-​owned franchise.
I heard someone at the order counter say «Five out front» and suddenly, people appeared at each of the registers — and then there was no one waiting to order. That’s impressive. Starbucks could take a lesson here in customer service.
The food is superlative. Yummy! Seems like they do a select number of delicious food items and do them exceptionally well.
The prices are very good. You get what you pay for, and the quality (and generous portions) is commendable. Great! Outstanding!

This is how all fast food chains should run. Do chicken sandwiches are all really good and their customer service is great. You feel like you’re dining at a regular restaurant and not a fast food chain.

Workers are very attentive. The place is ALWAYS clean. Love their Spicy Chicken sandwich! And now, I love their breakfast chicken biscuit!

I am giving them one star for the fact that I came in today at 10:28 but there was a truck in front of me by the time it was my turn it was 10:30. I tried to order chick n minis (my fave & only reason I came) and they would not sell them to me because they stop selling breakfast at 10:30!!! They then try to say after they said no because it was pay breakfast time that they were sold out! Bullshit and fucking lies. I can see if u was 5 – 10 mins late than the stop time of breakfast but u was literally right on the dot.

So tired of the chick fil a drive thru being a hame of 20 questions. They’re always shocked when I order chicken, and have to verify all the things I just told them I wanted. Then of course they take forever.
I should not have to give all of my demographic info to get a damn biscuit.

Great customer service and great food. We’re served with a smile and brought out food to our table. Love that it’s chicken breast and it’s made well. Make 1 thing and make it well. Not chinsey with their sauces either like some places that charge you extra for more than 2 sauces. Good food and great customer service makes return customers.

As chain restaurants go, Chick is at the top. The stores are clean, well run and the employees care about your experience. The chicken is always fresh and really delicious. The biscuits in the morning are great.

We went both this one and Rancho Cordova one. We love both, but I personally like the Rancho Cordova one more because it is a newer and all the seats are very new comfortable. we ordered the Chicken nuggets and waffle fries. The nuggets are pretty good and so do the waffle fries, too. We love their chicken sandwich, tasted very good. I always want extra Chick-​fil-​A sauce with my nuggets and sometimes put some in my chicken sandwich. I think it is a good fast food restaurant.

Be prepared for a ridiculously long wait when they have staffing or production issues.
I’ve gone here a few times, and I’ll probably not be going back. The food is great, so that’s not the issue, but twice in a month now, I’ve been stuck in a drive through for twenty minutes to get food. I get that sometimes there’s an issue with someone’s order. That happens. But when you see that someone finally get their food, and then suddenly the next three cars zip right through, it just means you don’t know how to adjust for a problem situation.
I’ve been at Carl’s Jr. several times where all issue occurred, and they’ll ask you to pull forward and they’d bring the food to your car. This allows the other cars to continue through without waiting forever. This place hadn’t learned that concept.
Other than that, the food is great!

I love Chick-​fil-​a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I think they’re one of the best chicken sandwiches.
This Chick-​fil-​a is especially nice because the employees are especially kind, friendly, and helpful. They are very service oriented and they deliver your food to you, come by your table to check if you need more sauce or a refill, then get you anything you need.
The restaurant is clean and well maintained.
I don’t live close to this Chick-​fil-​a, but I always make it a point to stop by for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich when I’m in the area.

I’ll start here for a fast food drive thru chicken place. Their customer service is really above board. Now I like to say even though it is traditionally Taco Tuesday I was in the mood for chick-​fil-​a.

Chick-​fil-​A makes a tasty chicken sandwich. Their Arden location is probably the closest option for most people living in Sacramento and seems to be busy most of the time. This location has an indoor playland and recently upgraded seating areas. For the price, it is hard to beat the food and service, as long as you like chicken!
I really enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich upgraded to a wheat bun. The spicy chicken has a lot of extra heat and flavor, but not crazy hot, which makes things more interesting than the standard chicken option. The wheat bun adds more fiber and flavor to the sandwich too. The waffle fries go well with ketchup, but they are really great with the Chick-​fil-​A Sauce and the extra calories. The nuggets are always awesome dipped in Polynesian Sauce for a change of pace. I also really love their lemonade, including their diet option using Splenda — lots of real lemons and a great taste.
They are closed on Sundays which is a bummer, but it is nice for the employees. I think it is really a way to drive business on Monday, but that is just a theory. Accessing this location is tough due to the medians on Alta Arden and access from Exposition, but you can cut in behind the In-​N-​Out. It is hard to find any other negatives about this location, unless you want to eat some cow!

My boyfriend insisted on having chick-​fil-​a for lunch so I decided to give it a try. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, & waffle fries. I must say that this place is so much better than any other fast food place in terms of chicken items. The sandwich was seasoned well and the veggies tasted fresh. The nuggets were crispy and the perfect bite size pieces. The Polynesian sauce everyone speaks of is pretty tasty, but I prefer to dip my nuggets in buffalo sauce & ranch.

Yep. This is my favorite Chick-​Fil-​A location in the Arden/​Arcade neighborhood. The atmosphere is very calmful and peaceful. The service is well received with a friendly touch that every customers (like me) will be appreciate.
I’ve ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which it contains cooked chicken breast with lettuce and tomatoes, and it tasted so good and flavorful. The original chicken sandwich also tasted very good, so I can feel the crunch of that deep fried chicken breast. Finally, the waffle fries tasted fresh too as well as their own dippable sauce.
Overall, Chick-​Fil-​A is a great place to eat good chicken sandwich without the hassles than KFC. I wish the company could add an another Sacramento location like North Natomas. Otherwise, great, comfort fast food restaurant chain. Highly recommend!

They have the best chicken strips, chocolate chunk cookies and now iced coffee with three flavors: plain, vanilla and hazelnut. I also had the Asian Chicken salad which is yummy too. Got to try the new stuff so it keeps bringing you back.
We usually hit this particular Chick-​Fil-​A after running errands at Arden Fair Mall or hitting Nordstrom’s Rack or getting gas at the Arco station or we have gone to Cal Expo for the State fair or home shows.
You know you can’t stay away. I can’t between my calendar cards and free meals from the first100 event. You know I’ll be back!!!
