Horrible food and service. The food was also dry and hard. I was in lie for the Thai place then the line was so long I decide to come to this place and give it an try. It was gorible. The Asian girls was like rude and mean.

The first time I tried to order there, the person in front of me took the last of the one item I wanted. Why they hadn’t started preparing more before then, is beyond me. I went elsewhere. The second time, the chow mein noodles appeared to have been sitting all day. We went elsewhere. The third time, I actually ordered. Again, my one item needed replacement and they hadn’t started it. The only pork item was ribs. The spring rolls were gummy on the inside. Three strikes. Save yourself some frustration, turn around, and eat at Pluto’s. If you want authentic Chinese food, drive a short distance down Howe Ave to Eastern Empire.

I work a few doors down from this Panda location, and of all the PE’s I’ve ever been to, and it has been MANY, this one has by far the best customer service. Kristina and Sandy are excellent, chatty, friendly and thorough, welcoming, and funny, and I’m not sure what I like more, laughing with them as I wait on my mushroom chicken and honey walnut shrimp, or eating my honey walnut shrimp. I’m probably going to die an early death because of all the chow mein noodle grease clogging my arteries, but I’m fine with that. These girls deserve raises, yo. P. S. thanks for always letting me sample the shrimp! The Howe avenue location always makes it nasty, so I’m paranoid and must always try before I buy. I have probably eaten a pound of shrimp samples, with no shame!

Ate here a couple of times but was never pleased. There were times when the noodles and rice were served burnt so I stopped going there completely. Also, it took them a long time to prepared my ordered for dumplings and they didn’t even tell me when it was ready(I sat in front of them). Funny part was that they asked if I wanted dumplings and when I said yes, they didn’t have any ready.

This review is specifically for Sandy! Omg, she is theee sweetest most customer friendly person ever! I was originally going in the food court to pick up another order from a restaurant. I was being greedy, so I asked for a sample while walking by. She let me sample and then we somehow slipped into a conversation about Asian food. I really didn’t come with the intentions to buy anything but she was just soo sweet, I felt compelled to. I always love d panda’s potstickers so I ordered two or three orders. They took about 7 minutes to cook but she made time fly with her sensational conversation! In the end, she has had the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time and the potstickers were great. I left with a smile and hopes that sandy gets a well deserved promotion soon. I will forward this review to company headquarters. Sandy, if you read this, you are awesome! peace&blessings

The three star is just for the service. It’s been since 2005 since I’ve last visited Panda Express and the service remains the same. The people who work there are usually pretty friendly. However the food on the other hand I would say a 2 star. Not sure if they changed the recipe or some thing but the food just doesn’t taste as good as it use too. I use to go here at least once a week when I worked at the mall ages ago. I probably wouldn’t visit here again for a quick bite. I’ll opt for my normal dos coyotes. Hopefully there food is still up to par.

I love Panda Express, but this location is Terrible! Every time I’ve been to this store, the food has been overcooked, stale, or just plain bad. I think they are understaffed, or perhaps not enough customers come through, so nothing I’ve gotten here has tasted fresh. We go the extra mile down Howe to the next closest Panda Express because this one is so bad. Seriously, don’t judge Panda Express based on this particular location. Go get some of that delicious orange chicken and Beijing beef at the Howe Ave and Hallmark shop.

Don’t get me wrong, I love their food but every single time I come here I get jipped. I always order the rice bowl. I’ve been here about 4 times and have asked them several times to give me more chicken than rice and they might put one more chicken in and that’s it. THEYAREEXTREMELYSTINGY with their chicken. They’ll put like 3 big scoops of rice and spread out just enough chicken(a few pieces) to cover the rice. I will never come here again. You will get jipped every time. Matter of fact every time I drive by and see this place I roll my eyes and eat somewhere else.

Fast food Chinese food, four words that just don’t go together well. Actually, not a bad option for somewhat healthier fast food, especially the broccoli beef.

Its good. Not the best but its good. Its chinese fast food. It satisfies my hunger before walking around the mall. It’s right next to Barnes and Noble and the theatre too. I wouldnt say excellent, but it I was full right after and felt satisfied too.

The food quality at this panda express is pretty poor compared to the other Panda Express locations in the area(such as the nearby one on Howe ) It seems like most of their food is stale except for the popular dishes that everyone orders like the Orange Chicken. Like I am a big fan of mixed vegetables, but I am afraid to order them here because it always looks like they have been sitting out for 3 hours. Last time I had their walnut shrimp, and the shrimp were way over cooked. The reason that I don’t give this place one star is that it is in a mall food court that also has a Dos Coyotes, a Plutos, a Japanese food place, and a Big Spoon. That makes this a reasonable place to go with a ground of friends or coworkers when you are in the mood for Chinese food, but everyone else wants a different type of food.

Tasty Chinese. A little over-priced, but not bad for mall food. For the best Chinese food in Sacramento, try Szechuan House Sacramento Their orange chicken is to die for!

Me and my boyfriend love going to this Panda Express. Not only do you get an interesting atmosphere, but the mall is right there with the Barnes & Noble. :) It’s a pretty small collection and sometimes it gets very busy, but it’s a pretty good Panda Express.

Good price. But the portions are inconsistent. Some staff give you a lot, others don’t. I wish the portions were more generous. Otherwise it’s a good value.
