They are so sorry and unprofessional and keep your car FOREVER and keep promising things they dont do. BE VERY AFRAID OF THIS PLACE

This place lacks in any sort of customer service and has absolutely no knowledge about vehicles. Called ahead to check on the availability of a part, gave them specific details about the vehicle the part was for, and they said they had it in stock. The next day I call to get directions only to have the person answer the phone to tell me they don’t know where they are located? (You don’t know where you work?) When I finally get an address to look up my own directions, I arrive to not be greeted with as much as a smile. I then explain who I am there on behalf of, let them know what part I’m picking up and what vehicle the part is for. I get a spaced look as if this is the first time they are receiving this knowledge and am eventually billed out. They pulled the part and don’t bother to bring it to the vehicle to me, don’t give me any sort of clean something to hold the part with, nor do they offer any sort of plastic bag to put the used part in. I bring the part back to the person working on the vehicle to find out ITS THE WRONG PART.
Oh did I mention that after they grabbed the part the guy at the counter said «I think this is for the right side, if not bring it back.» (UM HELLO I NEEDED THE PART FOR A SPECIFIC SIDE AND DROVE OVER 30 MILES TO GET THE PART. IT BETTER BE THE CORRECT PART, AND IF IT ISN’T OF COURSE I AM BRINGING IT BACK.)
When calling the business back they had no idea why the part was wrong. (Wrong vehicle.) And when trying to explain what we needed they wanted us to take a picture of the old part so they could see what we were talking about. (They dismantle vehicles for parts and supposedly work on vehicles, but have no knowledge about Chevrolet truck suspension parts?) After a lot of work on our behalf to locate the correct part we find out that no, they don’t have it.
I highly advise all people to not contact this company about anything. They don’t care about business, they don’t care about continued business, and they have no idea what belongs in what vehicle.
Worst. Experience. Ever.

Thanks again to Mark at Chatfields. Not only does this guy go out of his way to help a customer, he also beats any quote I’m given by the competition. He will be my first call when I need parts for my cars. Thanks again!
