Baskin Robbins

Very well customer service. Wednesday are my favorite days here. Must go. Togos is in the same building which means great sandwiches at the same time. By far the pastrami sandwich is the best in town. Been coming to this location for years and always has the best service in town no matter what day of the week you go in.

Came in today and received better customer service. The freezer that holds the ice cream is broken sooooo that sucks.

I waited until the last minute to order my dad’s ice cream cake and the flavor he wanted was considered custom. Baskin Robbins requires 24 hours notice to make a custom cake. I called around to several ice cream stores to see if any would be able to make a cake the same day and everyone told me no except this store. The lady I spoke with offered to make it the same day and was super friendly. I will definitely be purchasing any future ice cream cakes from this store. I know I dropped the ball but the customer service from this store was AMAZING!!!

Summer time rolling around the corner and this Baskin Robbins is not ready to transition.
The person behind the counter did not know what a mini size was even though it is an option on the menu. There isn’t a standard recipe for the blended cappuccino drink as they were asking me what to put in the drink is listed on their menu…
$ 5 for a small blended coffee drink. Which is far more expensive than Starbucks.
WTF.

Went in for a cup of ice cream and was convinced by the employee to try the waffle bowl since she had just made them fresh. The employee was super sweet. All around the experience was quick and not too expensive either. Will be back again!

Came in with some coworkers for an afternoon treat. The store was very busy and hectic with customers, but the 3 young lady’s working were extremely friendly and fast (did not get their names). Even though they were busy, they never stopped smiling. The Pralines & Cream was great also. Think we will be back soon.

Rude employees. Freezer burnt ice cream. Smells like pee pee inside the restaurant.

Love this place. Great ice cream. They also serve sandwiches. You can get shakes yogurt cakes here. Wednesdayis buy 1 get 1 free sundaes.

Walkable from our apartment so we went. Slow service. Out of everything we wanted. When we got alternate flavors she couldn’t fit two scoops on a cone handing me a cup instead. Come to see it was melty and wouldn’t stay on a cone. Best part they couldn’t care. We left their liquid on the counter and made the easy 5 minute drive to cold stone instead. Well worth the trip.

First time here. Place was packed but still kept clean. Service was fast and they even let the kids try multiple flavors. Banana split was delish. We had a cherry flavor that was amazing. Good place to go after eating sushi next door

Went two nights in a row only to be told they were out of our favorite flavors. Poor management at this location. They allow too many flavors to run out. They should rename this place to «A few flavors» instead of 31 flavors. Its also dirty at the outside tablesc lots of spider webs. Poor management. I wont be returning. …ill drive to Vicks Ice cream… they are always stocked up on flavors. Two thumbs down here.

New to sacramento, ca and wanted to get a banana split. Its common sense that an ice cream place has all flavors or at least the common ones. They did not have mint chocolate chip OR vanilla! And after reading the reviews im glad they didnt cuz it might have been bad expired ice cream.

Whack! The ice cream at this location is stale as hell, freezer burned, and the employees are not that friendly whatsoever don’t go here, you will be disappointed.

Oh man this place is dangerous. Conveniently located and walking (YES, walking distance) distance from my home. UH! Lord why? Oh the temptation!
I’m not particularly fond of walking the dog, but I will when I have a craving for some Jamocha Almond Fudge on a regular cake cone.
The customer service isn’t the greatest, fastest, or most efficient. Sometimes there is a line for ice cream and the Togo’s workers are just staring off into space not willing to help out their Baskin Robin’s homies. But what do you expect for less than $ 2 worth of a scoop of ice cream. This isn’t Devine Gelateria or some other fancy dessert shop!
Oh well. Funny thing is the fiancé thinks that the puppy dog and I are playing in the park the entire time. I obviously eat the evidence before we get home. hahahaha!

They only have about 10 flavors today. I came specifically for Mint Choc Chip and it’s out. Heck they don’t even have standard vanilla or strawberry. Apparently someone left the freezer open last night, which caused the inventory to melt. Employees are not particularly inviting. $ 7.50 for 3 small scoops of flavors that weren’t my preference. Not what I was hoping for.

When you employ only high school kids, things tend to get a bit nuts (pun intended). My banana splits never quite taste the same and they all seemlike they couldnt care less about their jobs.LOL.not sure I blame them. Ice cream is good, not great. Will I go back? Yes (I mean, it is around the corner) =)

My hubby and I love coming here for dessert! We recently became a fan of their milkshakes. Choose any flavor of ice cream and they will shake it up for you! Our favorite has been the cookies ‘n cream! Birthday cakes here are also great for the party. Everyone loves an ice cream cake!
There use to be more Baskin Robbins around town but now it seems to less and less which is a bummer! They should have one on every corner just like Starbucks! :P

Although I love BR, I have to admit that I haven’t been super happy with their service these past years.
1. Everyone who works there moves soooo slllooowww. Not just service, but even to answer the phone! It’s like they’re dragging their feet!
2. I always pick up birthday cakes here for co-​workers and family. Lets just say, I have had names misspelled multiple times. How hard is it to spell-​J-​A-​M-​E-​S or B-​O-​B!!! SERIOUSLY!
I love you BR, but I think the owners need a new crew or something. Just some thoughts…

We hadn’t been here in about a year, as I really wanted a soft serve cone, and the night we went in the machine «was broken»… so we went somewhere else.
We visited on Tuesday and there was quite the crowd for it being late, and also a cold night.
The staff seemed pretty robotic and wasn’t overly interested in what was going on. Okay, that’s fine.
I got my cone, sat down and waited for my companion to pay and get his cone, but my soft serve was already melting by the time he sat down. It was runny, granular, and didn’t have much flavor… Next time I’ll just get a McDonald’s cone, at lease they’re reliable.
Bummer.

The staff here were very friendly! I came here to get my share of ice cream after donating blood, and the servers were very gracious in packing our pints of ice cream til it was full. Location wise, it was a bit hard to find, but once we were inside the plaza it wasn’t too bad.
Only drawback was that they did not have a huge selection of flavors to choose from. I wanted strawberry cheese cake, a staple that I’ve seen in many other Baskin Robbins… but was not found at this location. I settled for Oreos.
