The only reason they get one star is because I cannot give them none. Customer service here is not only bad and discourteous, but slower than molasses as well. One teller working with a line of 7 and no manager to come and assist. I was told to wait no longer than five minutes for an associate to help me report a missing bank card, I left after no one came to my assistance 30 minutes later. I came to this branch out convenience but received none. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this branch again.

I usually have a decent experience with Bank of America, but today I need to make an deposit of cash and checks. The ATM machines don’t work as great as you’d like them to, so I decided to go inside to make it faster. When I came in, I was greeted by possibly the branch manager. She asked if I wanted her to help me use the ATM to make my deposit. The inside was not busy by any means, so I was taken back by her suggesting I go outside to make my deposit. I tried to explain that I have multiple things to deposit and rather deposit inside. She responded by saying the machine takes up to 40 bills.(And its a freaking hassle trying to get the machine to take that many bills. Constantly taking it and spitting it back out). Anyone that banks with bofa knows that information. I was not impressed with trying to be pushed outside. I came inside the bank on purpose. I’ll stick to the bofa on howe ave instead.

extremely slow. came in to make 2 deposits and get some change. was in there for 30 minutes and there was no line! terrible service!!!

I’ve used the atm here many a time. it’s the same as any other BofA BUT it has a VERY poorly designed parking lot AND is VERY ghetto. I’m always more than just a little bit scared to take out cash and then have to walk back to my car. Gotta love oak park eh?

I have never felt as disgusted after banking as I did when I left this branch. The person who helped me(a man behind one of the desks) put me down with every look and each time he slowed his speech to explain such ‘complex’ concepts as area codes and simple arithmetic. I’ll go with sexism and say he’s an ass, but it reflects poorly on the company as a whole. That coupled with the drabness of the building makes me swear off ever returning to this branch.
