Avondale Apartments

This is a really GREAT place to live. I’ve been here for a little over 2 years and am only moving because I need more space and a different location as my work situation has changed. Otherwise, I’d sign another lease in a heartbeat.
The complex is beautiful. It’s in a well-​developed area. The plant life is magnificent. It’s a gated community; it’s extremely safe.
My apartment is large. It’s a one-​bedroom on the 1^st floor. It’s my understanding that all the 1-​bedrooms are on the first floor. It’s an older building but I’ve never heard neighbors that I share walls with except my upstairs neighbors. I can hear them walking and their TV if it’s on insanely loud.
Maintenance is fantastic. I don’t have any complaints about them at all. I’ve always been treated fairly.
My ONLY complaint is guest parking. They had to change the parking situation to comply with an ADA lawsuit, so there are fewer guest parking spaces.
Anyway, you won’t be disappointed! Rent here.
