Came here after reading the really good reviews about this place. It’s right on the corner of Purchase St. & Smith St. Inside its really pretty with all the girly pinks and lavender. The staff was awesome. Upon entering literally the entire store greeted me. So nice! I read good reviews on both Nicole & Tracie but went with Tracie when I came in because Nicole was busy. Tracie has a very nice bubbly personality. Seems like she would be fun to hang out with. She definitely knows eyebrows. She measured mine and gave me her recommendation. I did the eyebrow wax and tint. They looked fab afterwards. They do try to up-sell with other products but I didn’t buy anything. Would I return yes! I want to try at Nicole for sure. She had a line waiting

Amazing! I have very sparse eyebrows, and had basically given up on them ever looking nice, unless I got my makeup done by a professional. I normally went to the nail salon to get my eyebrows cleaned up, and to avoid getting tweezer happy myself. But I happened to stumble upon the Brow Bar and decided to try it out. Nicole was amazing, and all of the girls were super friendly, nice, and very helpful. As expected, it was more expensive than my little nail salon, but you certainly get what you pay for. It’s safe to say I will only get my eyebrows done at the brow bar. The tint was exactly what I needed for my eyebrows to look full and even. I went on my lunch break and was afraid I would return looking like a red disaster. Totally wrong — after the wax/tint, they touch you up with a little makeup to get you refreshed and back to normal.
Can’t wait to go back.

ive been going to Benefit for about 3 years now and I would never go anywhere else to get services involving beauty. I get my eyebrows tinted, lashes tinted, and spray tans. I also am in love with their bronzers and girl meets pearl. All of the girls who work there are lovely. They are all so upbeat and welcoming when you walk in! Traci does all of my services and she truly is fabulous. She takes her time, listens to my concern and truly makes the whole Benefit experience a ten. Before I started to go Traci my eyebrows where so thin and had no shape. Now they are thick and frame my face. Traci’s does it all !! Traci’s sense of humor is great! She is funny and really wants you to leave feeling like a million bucks. This place is great !

Worth every penny. Absolutely love Nicole’s treatment of my brows, never disappointed. I always look forward to my appointments because the girls are so friendly and super fun! Be prepared to open your wallet… I always end up with extra cosmetics on my way out. They are hard to resist. Highly recommended!

You get what you pay for! Never seen my eyebrows more perfect and even! I used to go somewhere else but I wasn’t 100% happy with the results. I know someone who works there and she said to give it a try, so I did! Best decision I ever made. They looked so good that my bf even goes there too now. And we now have monthly «Brow Bar Dates»! Lol It’s definitely pricier but I just don’t go as often (maybe once a month) I only recommend the Rye location, NOT the white plains one. We go to Traci, and get threading. I’ve also had my eyebrows tinted which I loved too!

The service is good, the problem with this company is no one ever answers the phone to make an appointment. Have spoken to them many times about this and there is always on excuse, i.e. our phones are not working, etc. etc.

Love love love this place! I have always heard about Benefits Brow Bar and was so excited to find out that there was one in Rye! I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted during my visit to this store which cost around 45 – 50 for both but trust me its the best money you have ever spent! The girl who did my eyebrows is Nicole (there are two Nicoles, she is the tall Nicole) and she is so talented. The girls here are not your typical store girls who try to sell you ever type of service just to get your money. They only recommended services I could actually benefit from which really impressed me! Most places would have let me waste money on services that I wouldn’t be thrilled with. A girl by the name of Melissa was also working and she was fabulous! She walked me through the services they offer and gave her recommendations on what I should do. Everything about this place is a plus! So welcoming and girly!

I have always loved Benefit makeup, however my local Sephora is often out of stock of some of their more popular items. I was really happy to stumble upon this Benefit boutique during a recent visit to Rye. The store has such a wide selection of Benefit’s great products, and the girls working were incredibly knowledgeable and happy to help me try out the makeup. I would definitely return here to get my makeup done for an event or eyebrows waxed. Great store!

I love Benefit makeup, especially this store! I have been to this store multiple times and every time I am there, the staff always helps me find exactly what I am looking for. I have always loved MAC makeup, however I have completely switched over to Benefit products.
All of the girls there are very helpful, my favorite is Jenny. She did an excellent job with my makeup for an event.
