Waffle House

After a series of unfortunate events at Waffle Houses in other states I had sworn them off. Well, at the urging of a co-​worker who wanted to eat we stopped and ordered something that would allow us to get back on the road.
This location had a promotion for 16 meals under $ 6. I got the bowl of grits that had cheese, sausage and scrambled eggs with a side of hash browns. It was pretty good. Hey Lauren, good looking out! She really was attentive and made sure everything was okay. For the amount of food they offer it was a good deal.
This isn’t to say that every time I see a Waffle House I’ll want to stop and eat there but for this particular location it was a positive experience.
Plenty of parking and I found it rather amusing how the workers there got along like a blended family.

This is a Waffle House. As such, it falls into a very specific category: Waffle Houses. Since I have the same food at every Waffle House I visit, it’s quite easy to compare them. Here is my criteria:
Clean? Reasonably, by Waffle House standards. The bathroom was quite clean, a very good sign.
Friendly? Yep, very much so.
Fast service? Indeed
Did someone call me «honey» or «sweetie»? Yes
How was the food? Fresh and good
That’s how a Waffle House gets five stars.

Services was fast and my breakfast was good. My kids loved the Waffle’s. Thank you for adding a good start to our first big family trip.

I’ve been to tons and tons of Waffle Houses in my life, and this one has to be my favorite. They have a to-​go coffee and tea station in here. It is very conveniently located off of I-​95.

Good food and timely service. Our waiter was Ginny and she was fantastic. The cook even came over to check out how our lunch was.

this place is disgusting. My food was burnt and i watched flies eating grease off the wallpaper.

Stopped during a family trip. Omelette was good, waffles were nice, good service. Cleaner than most Waffle Houses I have been to.

First time at Waffle House — great service and food, especially for the price. The waitress was so nice and the food came out quick.

Popped in for a super quick brunch. In and out under 25 minutes. Brittany was our waitress and she did great! She was quick and friendly. Waffle House is always a good bite. We had the cheesesteak and peanut butter & chocolate chip waffles. The only let down was that my hash browns weren’t scattered all the way and weren’t crispy like I like… so hard for anyone to get it right. Oh well.

I have always seen waffle house on signs but have never stopped by, because typically I would be driving by myself, but I decided why not take my girlfriend to this classy establishment. I compared this place to a Steak N Shake. And then on second thought, this place is well hmm… A dump?
Waffle House offers good people watching, cheap greasy food that may make you sick and ample parking…

Its Waffle House… do I really need to review it. The food is what it is, the staff and patrons are always entertaining and I pooped when I’m done… There… Waffle House review complete!

Cleanest Waffle House we’ve tried. VERY friendly service. Food? Meh. It’s still a Waffle House.
