Ouachita Marine Service

Tom and his crew are top notch. I had dealt with big name lake Hamilton marine shops that did some less than stellar work. I dock at Brady and gave Tom and Ouachita Marine a try last year. It was June and I needed a service and starter. Left it with them expecting a 3 – 5 day turnaround which is what I came to expect with otherOrr shops. They called me 17 hours later and were finished and about $ 200 less than other quotes! Had a problem with my boat this week while in dock. Tom and his crew went to my boat slip, replaced a part and got me up and going. He told me a part was bad and under warranty. HE WOULD NOT LET ME PAY FOR LABOR! For real, told me payment enough to have me as a repeat customer. Who does that anymore in this day and age? Tom and Ouachita Marine has a customer for life. (I hope I only need them for service and maintenance though!)
