My family and I are true lovers of Panera but, in this instance, it really shows the lack of quality from one store to another. This location is a quick drive up the road from us but after this visit, if we go to another, we’ll surely drive to the location by the Wellington Green Mall. My husband and I bordered a U pick 2, both of us getting an Italian combo as our sandwiches. My sandwich most 80% bread and a joke for the sandwich meats(refer to my photo). It looks like I received the trimming of some roast beef and end slices for the rest of the meats. My husband’s sandwich has the same issues but they also forgot the lettuce and pepper. When we approached one of the managers, who happened to be working on the line, and asked if they recently changed the portion size for the sandwiches – he was met with an attitude. Her response? «No that’s what a half sandwich looks like» and turned her back. We both ordered green tea lemonade mixes and were given just green tea. The tables were dirty and half way during our meal something burnt on the line which resulted in employees having to keep the doors open to air it out. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 5−10min and head to the Wellington location – better service and food quality.

Ok so I frequent this place quite often, sometimes twice a day — I can’t deny that I really love Panera. If I didn’t like the food and it wasn’t so convenient, I probably wouldn’t come to this location as much as I do. The staff here isn’t always up to par and it gets annoying when you experience subpar service on what’s starting to feel like a regular basis. I order rapid pickup almost every time so I don’t have to wait and it seems like it’s never ready on time. I appreciate that they require a manager to review the order but the last few times my food was just sitting there on the back counter and I had to wait for them in order to get it. What’s the point of rapid pickup?

While I am not a big fan of chains, Panera is definitely one of the few I can say I like. The prices are reasonable and the food, although of the simple kind(i.e.: sandwiches) is normally decent, sometimes good. Sometimes I stop there for a quick breakfast: asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese and coffee. It comes dirt cheap, really. I don’t care about anything with eggs because like too many places they don’t use real eggs. All in all, it’s a good place to have in the neighborhood for quick bite.

Usually this place is great but today is was an absolute disappointment. I ordered a sandwich and drink but was told that they couldn’t make is because they were missing something and that was fine, but a few people later they made that same drink for someone else. I was a little mad. Waiting for my sandwich took a while, I saw it just sitting on the maker for 5 minutes before they realized it was there, at least 5 people got their orders before me when they ordered after me. They even messed up the sandwich had only three things on it! They were the B or even C team today and it showed.

I like Panera, I eat at different locations all time however, this location is just plain bad. I went to order my usual but noticed the new roast turkey sandwich I keep seeing commercials for as I asked the cashier how it was. His response: «I don’t know». So I ordered another favorite– the Asiago Roast Beef. The sandwich was throw together and they forgot the sauce leaving it dry and bland. I took it to go so I didn’t know until I got home to eat it. No one smiled during the entire transaction. I don’t recommend this location at all. They need some serious training in customer service and general friendliness.

Nothing spectacular, but rather a normal Panera Bread experience. It’s for that reason that I like to eat at this chain when traveling. Location was clean and all employees were friendly. I would return again if in this area for business.

The wife and I went here for lunch today. I have been to Panera 100 times and haven’t been in about a year. Did not want to have the same ol same ol. Reluctantly I went and was surprised to see some new menu items. I had one of their new bowls the quinoa lentil bowl and k have to say, it was fantastic. The girl behind the counter was sweet. There was a slight issue and in view of all the customers, the manager reprimand her. Was uncomfortable so we apologized for getting her in trouble. Anyway we will be back very soon.

Yeah, the food is okay, not like it used to be, but the broccoli cheddar soup has remained the same, so we decided to order some Rapid Pick-Up last Friday night. I placed the order at 4:20 with a pick up time of 4:45. Yep, you guessed it, nothing on the shelf at 4:50. In fact, they didn’t even start putting the order together until 5 and it wasn’t ready till 5:15. I special ordered the Italian sub with no onion or cheese, but they obviously didn’t see the instructions — nor the instructions not to put any green stuff on the tomato-mozarella flat bread, because it was there for me to pick off. Fortunately for them, my kids like it there because since the asiago roast beef has been taken off the menu, there is really nothing else I like there. Oh and PS — a PECAN braid should have more than one pecan on it.

I don’t understand the Panera love. My daughter wanted to go here for her good grades, so we gave in. We got 2 sandwiches with chips and she got macaroni & cheese and 3 drinks, it was $ 31! They forgot to give me my soup, and then all the staff argued trying to figure out who made the mistake. I will say, my sandwich was good, I got a chicken panini, the only problem is, I was still hungry after eating it. Overall, the service wasn’t great, the food was decent, but not plentiful and the price was way too high.

This is a good place to grab a quick sandwich with a bowl of soup. I have had a couple of the pick 2’s and they have all been good so far. The onion soup is excellent.

Love love love this Panera location! Busy yet always friendly and always ever so helpful! I use their app to place«rapid pick up» orders which states all of their ingredients and nutritional facts and it’s always ready which helps when you’re in a rush! Café Mocha is to die for. Can’t go wrong with anything you order! Sandwiches, soups, bagels, soufflés hmmmm everything is delicious!

If you want healthy fast food, as in organic, trans-fat free, and not calorie-laden, but without breaking the bank, then Panera is a great option. I love their site, it states all the ingredients in every item on their menu, as well as the calories, sodium, and other nutritional facts. Very transparent! If only every restaurant out there could follow suit! My daughter likes the Panera bread bowl, which is a hollowed out bread chunk made to look like a bowl, with soup inside. She likes the cheddar cheese broccoli, which is surprising, considering kids usually don’t like veggies, but the food here is THAT good! I tried a spoonful, and it was very tasty. I prefer something a bit more light and usually choose their salads. Their salads are pretty big, and with a good variety of ingredients. They don’t skimp out on the chicken either. Check out my Asian chicken salad, which is only 550 calories, and contained fresh cilantro, sliced almonds, sesame seeds and crispy wonton strips tossed in their Asian sesame vinaigrette. Their teas are also pretty tasty, as are their desserts, something I just found out this weekend when I used my Panera rewards card for a birthday surprise, which ended up being a complimentary pastry. My daughter and I chose the double-fudge brownie and we loved it. Customer service at this location was very friendly and attentive, at least on this one occasion that I came to this location. I can’t wait till the never-ending Alton Road construction and torn up streets is gone, so I can go to the Miami Beach location that is close to home.

Count me as one of the ex-Panera ppl… They have become the Jamba Juice of the sandwich era. Just so done with them. Do you really want to know all the reasons? ok… i warned you. They barely look at you when you talk to them. They could care less you are there — in fact — you feel like they would be happier if you weren’t. They cannot answer questions about their own product.(I am gluten free and no i don’t ask for an ingredient list… i don’t think they’ve even heard the word ‘gluten’ — they act like i speak swahili) The portions sizes are insulting. I have to order without bread. i had a chicken salad sandwich — sans bread — that i would have been embarrassed to put that teaspoon sized portion on someone’s plate and even charged them for it. When i ask for double portion — and PAY for it — i get 2 teaspoons. HORRIBLE. Panera — I admire your generosity with the food banks — but you could show a little to your own customers. The last time i got a decent size portion was in OHIO2 years ago. Picked up a catering menu(i know — sucker for punishment) and called to order… $ 30.00 — that’s right THIRTY dollars for a quart of Mac & Cheese that feeds 4. They weren’t even sure how to do a catering order… and the sandwich wasn’t by the plate it was $ 5.00 per sandwich! OMG! are you kidding me ??? done done done… if i want an expensive meal — i’ll make a reservation — at least they smile about it.

Not sure what the point of ordering online is if they dont make your food when you order it. Placed order over the phone, got to Panera and no food. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make it and then they only made one sandwich instead of the two I ordered, waited another 10 minutes. They weren’t even hot, I had to heat them in the oven when i got home. They really aren’t great anymore. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I moved to Florida 2 weeks ago. Whenever I’m in a new environment, I try to find some familiar things to make me feel more at home. Panera was supposed to be one of them. The restaurant is unorganized, and the customer service is mediocre. At one point, there was a small huddle of people in the center, and everyone’s too busy looking at the menu to notice who arrived first. Surely they could set up a designated area for lining up to order. I was disappointed with one of the people working the cash registers — I didn’t even realize there were two people working the cash registers until one of them, who had earlier been casually chatting with a friend, finally called out if anyone was ready to order, even though there had been people waiting for several minutes. The food was also disappointing compared to other Paneras.

Ok they need to get it together here. Long line to order and then when you order coffee, surprise, no coffee! Disappointed because I have been to other one and it has not been this dis organized. They have to step up their game.

This review isn’t just about this location but about Panera Bread in general. The food is of average quality and some of their paninis are really tasty but it’s ridiculously overpriced. You’re gonna spend about 20 bucks for two people and you’ll leave hungry. The portions are very small and a sandwich that I can make at home costs 8 bucks. Why?! Save yourself money and go somewhere else. If they lower their prices or increase portion size then maybe I’ll reconsider going there again.

Just finished a review of the Wellington location and I must say, kudos to the management here because it is a different atmosphere. Food at both is the same right? Just a different experience. Too bad the Wellington location is closer to me now.
