This location has not been enjoyable for me, because of several mishaps from them waxing my eyebrows. The first time they ripped a chunk of skin off the middle of my forehead, second time they applied a serum to my eyebrows; I told them I have sensitive eyebrows. Finally, once again they ripped a chunk of skin off the middle of my eyebrows. It’s not worth the time and money, if you are used to getting your eyebrows threaded. They lost my business

First time i went to EWC i was getting the lady parts done for the first time, Kira is the absolute best! She made me feel very comftorable and made it less terrifying then i thought it was going to be. I will start going to her every chance i get after that first experience. Definetly request for Kira!

I LOVE EUROPEAN WAX CENTER!!! I have waxed my entire teen/​adult life (I think I’m an adult now: P) and this is BY FAR the best wax and BY FAR used by the best technicians. I have suuupppeeeerrrrrr sensitive skin and break out or welt up with most things that touch me but not this wax!!! Not to mention, I always go to the same technician (once you get comfortable with someone, especially someone like Kira, you never want to change!!) and she’s so great!!! Kira does a GREAT job at making me feel super comfortable throughout the appointment (Brazilian waxes aren’t usually a great experience) but she’s so quick and the worst is over after the first few mins! And no awkward conversation, I feel like we’re friends that have known each other for years! And my sister also waxes with her, that’s how good she is!!! I highlyyyyyyy recommend this wax and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Kira, and I also highly recommend the wax pass, it seems expensive at first but you’re able to go as often as you like. I go every 3 weeks, sometimes every 2 weeks during the summer! And I all I have to pay is the gratuity! Soooooo worth it!!!

I am a huge fan of European Wax Center. I discovered the chain in NY and have continued while in Florida. I am very satisfied at the way the centers are so clean. The wax that is used does not irritate your skin. I am extremely fond of Kira Petruzzi in the Royal Palm location. Kira is an excellent technician and explains everything she does. EWC deserves 5 stars and so does Kira Petruzzi!

Just had Karlyne do my eyebrows and they look so much better! I avoided doing them for a few months after having someone completely mess them up but she restored my confidence again! I’ll def be returning to her and recommend :)

Horrible! I paid $ 500 for a wax pass (that’s a lot of money for me). When I showed up for my appointment they couldn’t find it in their system and told me I had to pay full price for the service. I went home, found the receipt and returned (a waste of my day). I got a bunch of excuses about their «computers». I still left without the service because by the time they figured this out I didn’t have a booked appointment.
I then asked for a refund for the wax pass I never used and now I have to go through their corporate office and have to wait for someone to call me back to «talk» to me about getting my money back.
I am never stepping foot in a European Wax Center again.
They have people who doesn’t know how to do data entry in their computers and the customers suffer. Never offered me anything to make it up for their incompetence.

I love EWC! Pricing is reasonable, and when you catch a promotion and use points, it’s even better. Simone is a gem! She is always friendly and takes lots of care to minimize any discomfort and do a thorough job. She is also very knowledgeable and gives good advice about post-​wax care.

They aré nice and friendly. The best part is the price is really great! Thank you for waxing my legs with less pain.

I booked a appointment online last week for a lower leg wax after a friend recommended European Wax Center. They called over the weekend and I confirmed the appointment over the phone. I showed up a few minutes before my scheduled time, and I had to wait to speak with the receptionist at the desk because she was busy trying to sell the woman ahead of me on a package deal as she was paying for her wax. The receptionist finally got to me and told me it would be a few minutes until I could be seen, so I waited. About fifteen minutes after my appointment time, the receptionist goes around the corner and speaks to the technician. She says that the technician isn’t feeling well and it will be a few more minutes before I can be seen. The fact that the receptionist said the technician was sick and that is why she was running late made me a little uncomfortable, but I decided to wait a few more minutes and reassess the situation. Finally it was half an hour past my scheduled appointment time and no sign of the technician returning. so I told receptionist I had to leave. Very disappointed with customer service, would not return.

When it comes to waxing, I am really particular on who is ripping my hair out. I have sensitive skin, so I need quality wax and someone who knows what they are doing. Excitedly, that is what I found at this location. I only see Melody for all my waxing because she knows how to handle my sensitive skin.
In addition, she is quick so you don’t have to prolong that painful feeling when your hair is being ripped out. Since I have seen her, I refuse to have anyone else wax me.
