Beverly is the most amazing aesthetician. She has cleared up my dark spots from sun damage when I was younger and made my skin look absolutely amazing. She does such a great job with every service. I really love the dermaplaning because it takes off so much dry skin. I have no idea how anyone, including the woman below, could have anything negative to say about her or the spa. My entire family (mother-​in-​law, sister and husband) have seen her, and they love her too.

I’ve been going to Michigan Advanced for years and have referred many friends as well who have been extremely happy. The office is extremely professional, clean and up to date with the latest anti-​aging treatments, and the aestheticians are all fantastic. If you’re looking for a skincare clinic that has everything from facials to Botox to fillers, with experienced clinicians and fantastic pricing, you have to make an appointment! You’ll never want to go anywhere else.

This Spa is the best I have experienced. Laura and Beverly are both very friendly, professional and really know what they are doing. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. The place is very nice and well located. Best of all their prices are reasonable for services that are exceptional.

This place was OK. I didn’t think it had a particularly nice vibe to it, almost cheapish looking. You had to be ‘buzzered’ in. I walked through a treatment room to get to mine (where a client was being taken care of). I had a very expensive, but average facial. It is not bad, and I would totally deal with those things if the prices were low, but they are not. My facial was around $ 100.

Beverly is always wonderful, I recommend any treatment with her. Laura, possibly the manager, is always on edge and has more of a «what do you want?» kind of attitude. During one visit she scolded me for being late when I was not. She mistook me for another client, even when I was there twice before!

I went here for fillers and I highly recommend you DO NOT go here trying to save a few dollars. Go to a Dermatologist! Their customer service was great however, the Technician that did the filler DID NOT do it correctly and over-​filled my laugh line area. It has now been that way for quite some time.
Spend the extra dollars and go to a Professional.

I have struggled with rosacea for years and after reading the reviews for this salon I decided to make an appointment for a consultation to figure out what I could do to improve my skin. I met with Laura and she was so helpful and honest about what I could do that I made an appointment for a multi layer Vitamin. C facial. The facial was amazing and my skin felt so plump and fresh that I didn’t want to put on makeup all weekend. I love the way my skin feels and can’t wait to go back for more facials.

I had a great experience during my first visit to MAA and will be returning. Laura was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions in detail. There was absolutely no «sell» about products or treatments, and in fact, she steered me away from a very expensive treatment because it was not suitable for my skin. The treatment that I had was REALLY effective. I can’t wait to go back.

I really wish I had found this place sooner!
From the first moment I walked in, I felt really comfortable. The atmosphere is really inviting, yet also professional.
I’ve had a chemical peel and several microdermabrasions to help with acne scarring. I’ve been really pleased with the results, and Laura who works with me is awesome!
If you’re on the fence about getting help for acne or other afflictions, I would DEFINITELY go in for a consultation. You’ll feel a lot better!
