We frequent this location, because it’s the best location that’s closest to us. We have never had an issue with them, they’ve always been professional and very courteous, and food was always hot and fresh… UNTILTONIGHT. Two nights ago, after working 18 hours, I went through their drive-thru, everything was professional and fast as usual. I got home, only to discover that they had forgotten part of our order. I called them, the knew instantly who I was, and Jordan profusely apologized, and wrote down the error in their«book», so we could come back another time to get the food we paid for. The food they forgot was my boyfriend’s dinner, so he didn’t get to eat that night, and was pretty upset about going hungry. So, tonight, after working 13 hours, I get home, and we decided to call this location to make sure everything was good to pick up our food– 2 $ 1.00 Double Cheeseburgers, and Melissa Kelly picked up-and dropped the phone right in my ear, and lacklusterly mumbled, «McDonald’s». I proceeded to ask about picking up the food, and she stated that there was only 1 sandwich written in the book instead of 2. I asked her name, and if she was the manager, and she said, «Melissa…Kelly», and said she was the manager. When I explained there should be 2 sandwiches, she started getting aggressive and loud, and I handed the phone to my boyfriend, since I was tired from work. He asked for corporate’s phone number, and the owner’s phone number. She kept telling him she couldn’t find it unless she printed a receipt.(If she’s a manager, wouldn’t she know where that’s at immediately?) This Melissa Kelly started yelling and cussing at my boyfriend, saying she only works one night a week(a manager only works 1 day???), and how she doesn’t give a f**k, she’ll give us 4 Double Cheeseburgers if we wanted, but that there would be «consequences if we did, for this bulls**t». My boyfriend put the call on speaker so we both could hear her losing her mind in her heavy, hard to understand, cursing Ebonics. Over 2 sandwiches equaling $ 2. We decided not to pick up the burgers because #1– we are scared for our life at what her threatened consequences would be, and #2– we are worried about what she’d do to the food we would pick up. Keep in mind-this is food that we already paid for, and they forgot to give us. I’m too scared to go back to this location with this Melissa Kelly person working there-especially if she’s truly a manager.

Not having taken my own advice from my previous review, I went through the drive thru today. I was on the inside lane of the two lanes, the one closest to the building. An employee comes out and puts three road cones in front of my car without saying a word to me and stomps off. I am now STUCK in the lane, unable to pull forward and with THREE cars to my right blocking me in. I was lucky that the second car back saw what had happened and allowed me to pull out by not pulling forward until I was able to work my way out. I went inside and all I got was a «Sorry, we are short staffed and had to close a lane…» Really? You think not being able to order food was the reason I was angry? YOU.BLOCKED.ME.IN! NEVERAGAIN…
