Asked to see 3 rings. Disclaimer, this is all new to me, so I have been consulting with a family member in NY. Went to take a photo (to send to said family member) and they said that they do not allow photos because they design their own rings and don’t want their designs stolen. This is the first time I’ve run into this and have visited no less than 10 jewelry stores. I’m not a jeweler, but a white gold band with 3 rows of diamonds isn’t exactly reinventing the wheel. I said well, I need to consult with someone via phone, so I guess I’ll have to be out. I was met with «Then we’re out too.» Surprised to see so many positive reviews, and I’m glad that others had great experiences! I had a phenomenal experience down the road at Metals In Time – so they were the ones that got my $ 5000.

Professional, friendly, and not intimidating. They are so reasonable and nice. I got my engagement ring setting here several months ago and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. The diamond is an heirloom, and the jeweler fit it to a beautiful criss-​cross setting. Today, we decided to go back and get our wedding bands from them too! The jeweler is making a custom band to fit my criss cross setting, and he helped my fiancé pick out a great band too. This was a great experience overall.

Excellent customer service superior quality of work, I contacted Nick because he custom made a ring for my brother, Even though I live in Scottsdale Az he was very accommodating and custom made me a beautiful engagement ring for my soon to be bride. The Ring was shipped to me along with a Certificate of authenticity, usually I get worried with purchases like these but Nick rest assured came threw in all aspects of the transaction !

Love, Love, Love my wedding ring and my husband’s band! This store takes very good care of you, and their selection is unique and you will find rings you won’t find anywhere. I went to many places (Metals In Time treated me horribly, and going to Jareds, the mall, etc. was disappointing), this place is very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is one of the best Jeweler stores I have been to in a long time. The quality and fair prices are unbelievable. I went in for a ring cleaning and the offered to re-​dip my ring for $ 40.00. At the time I did not know what that was. They explained to me that they would re plate my ring and it would look brand new again. I let them do it and it only took 10 minuets but when I got my ring back it really did look brand new. I also bought some Elle earnings that I always get compliments on. They have amazing service and honest prices I love this place. Thank you NIck for all yoiur help you made my experience at your store truly a great experience.
