A bit late, but came same day as my call for a furnace abruptly not working.
Pleasant, professional service, but what really impressed me was the fact that Sal replaced a fuse to fix my problem (total bill $ 67), when he could have easily told me to replace the blower instead, at $ 600 – 700 just for the part.
Nice to encounter an honest repairman, we’ll keep using Hinson!

Rude inconsiderate service personnel. Use any other company.

Tech came to house to diagnose and he was great. $ 80 bucks, doesn’t go towards the $ 700 dollar bill to fix. It took DAYSSS to get the parts and I called everyday for timeline, they couldn’t help. Finally today I called another company who was $ 200 dollars cheaper (Jim from Masters 586.405.5155). When I called to cancel and explained why, Jessica could careless to salvage relationship/​business. If she had been a bit more compassionate I would of moved forward with Hinson just because I already had them order parts.

I went to Hinson’s on a recommendation. I am thrilled with everything from Todd who came to house, the install, (great guys!) to the ladies in the office. Now, I will recommend them to you!

It can only mean trouble when you have to have the furnace looked at before you can move into the house you just bought. Especially when it’s 10 degrees outside. I was expecting the worst when I called the phone number on the tag on my «new» furnace, but thanks to Hinson’s it didn’t turn out to be that bad.
They made an appointment for me right away. Give me a 3 hour block of time, but call you 30 minutes before they were going to arrive so I didn’t end up taking off any unnecessary time from work. On the phone they quoted me $ 90 which I thought was a little steep and I ended up paying $ 138. I got a new filter and a cleaning for the humidifier for an additional charge. The original $ 90 included the furnace cleaning and some wiring. But the bonus was that the technician also re-​wired the termostat that my husband had incorrectly installed.
I was also impressed that the technician put on booties to protect my floor in spite of the fact that, thanks to a kitchen remodel in progress, my floor was probably dirtier than his shoes.
I plan to use them again.
