I was quoted a price on the phone for a bathroom mirror. The quote was fair and was told they would come out in a week and a half (because they were so busy) to do final measurements. I then receive a call the day they were supposed to show up saying they misquoted me and it would be almost double the price ($ 750 as opposed to $ 450). «Do you want me to still come out?» Hell no. All in all a crappy way to run a business. Many other glass companies to choose from. My only regret is that I wasted 3 weeks in mirror replacement.

Birmingham Glass & Mirror provided great service for my mirror cutting project. I was surprised to find this artistic shop with lots of impressive glass finishing capabilities hiding along 14 Mile Rd. in Royal Oak.
