I wish this was a restaurant because I think it’s the best sushi in NJ/​Morris County. Large portions/​very fresh/​large selection/​great customer service.

Located inside the Ledgewood Farm Market, this sushi bar has it’s own counter and sushi chefs on standby! They have a extensive menu and will make what you want to order or you can pick from the case of already prepared dishes in front of the counter. Everything tastes fresh and like I said, the chefs are right there preparing sushi whenever I walk in. The Ledgwood Farm Market is also nicely sized.
