Love coming here even though I hate when they hurry up along or can’t make something off the secret menu lol its a good store. Helpful man works in front

Just a note… They changed their oatmeal. Instead of coming with a bag of nuts and a bag of fruit, it now comes with a little bitty bag of seeds and weird dried fruit. Oh and hey the price went up a quarter.

it’s in Rowlett. it does not have a drive thru. coffee was meh. typical Starbucks crowd of wifi moochers, lonely single middle aged men and a table full of grannies. have visited roughly 5 – 6 times. never impressed.

I am a long time Starbucks user, like most of us, and have pretty much always had good experiences at this particular location near my house. But this afternoon, at 2:30, as I walked out I was pretty upset at how I was treated by the staff.
The sign in front of the store clearly reads they are doing a buy one, get one free on «ALL HOLIDAY DRINKS» from 2 – 5 November 11 – 15. I walk in, only supposed to pick up one for my wife but seeing as how it was free I look up at the «holiday classics» menu and see both drinks I want and order them up. I get a phone call while Krissy is ringing me up and I apologize as I go ahead and hand her my card. She hands me a receipt while I’m on the call which I don’t look at until I get off the phone.
I ask about the buy one get one free special as I am picking up my drinks, she says «oh yeah, that’s on the holiday drinks» which I reply with «well both of these are on the holiday classics menu aren’t they»??? Then another woman, sounded like she was in charge, quickly replied without making eye contact that both of these aren’t on the holiday special menu and that the pumpkin spice latte is «out of season»???
I nod disappointingly and leave. I’m the only customer left in the store as I’m walking out and I can hear the girls talking as I lean into the door, and I can clearly see they are all chuckling while all watching me walk out the door. I step back in and say «excuse me?» and they looked like they had seen a ghost, clearly they were having a good laugh about my faux pas. They quickly said they weren’t talking about me as I walked out the door.
In the many years I have been a gold card idiot for Starbucks I have never been made to feel like an idiot in one of their stores over what was clearly a misleading set of circumstances. If anyone with decision making abilities reads this either correct the staff or change the sign. You cannot offer «ALL HOLIDAY DRINKS» on special, then have a list of «HOLIDAY CLASSICS» behind the counter that the special doesn’t apply to.

The staff here is very friendly, come in at least 1 time a week with a buddy and been doing that for 4+yrs.

MMM! I love Starbucks. This is my go-​to location. I’m here at least 5 times a week. They always have great customer service, even when they aren’t fully staffed. Try the Iced White Mocha Cinnamon Dolce. It’s delicious and you won’t regret it.

The people here are really nice. They are also very slow. I have never gotten dead shots, but they couldn’t hack it in Dallas.

This starbucks is very fast and accurate with each drivethrough order. However they did forget to give us our card back the first time we went there.

These guys are some of the nicest around. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks and these guys take care of you with a smile. If you stick around in the morning, you may even get some free stuff every now and then. Been coming here for 7 years and won’t stop any time soon.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Rowlett/​Rockwall area. I like the energy in this place and of course the coffee is great.

I am not a fan of Starbucks coffee. It’s kind of like the taco bell of caffeine. However, since I live in the ‘burbs I don’t have many options. The staff is super friendly even when I’m just using Wi-​Fi for hours.

This isn’t my usual Starbucks, but it was right there when I was in desperate need of caffeine. I was hesitant to stop just because there is no drive thru, but I’m glad I did. It was around 7:00 and I was the only customer there. This store is attached to the corner of Tom Thumb, which also has a starbucks located inside their store.
Anyway, the store was immaculate and the 2 employees were very friendly. An older gentleman took my order which was for an iced venti coffee, 3 pumps of classic, non-​fat milk. AMAZING! The best coffee I have ever had. I don’t know why, but I always order the same drink, but it never tastes the same. He offered me a sample of another drink item. I tried it, and it was so delicious. I told him I was only going to drink half because my husband (who was waiting in the truck) would love this. He told me to finish and made another for my husband.
By far the best service I have ever received from any Starbucks. I wish this one was on my regular route, because I would love to stop here anytime.
