Pizza Hut

I don’t even want to give them 1 star!!! Gone down hill the last year. Late everytime, taste bad, cold, greasy. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite place but not this one. Miss a good Pizza Hut pizza!!! Need new management obviously!!!

Worst location ever, do not order from this store.

When this was written I immediately contacted HQ to conplain. Got a generated email saying the store will contact me soon, they never even tried to get in touch with me. This has only solidified me not coming back, and I still havent. I get my pizza from dominos, papa johns, and even some of the local Italian restaurants in the area. They are all much better and have much better customer service.

I’ve never been super impressed with the response times of this Pizza Hut but today was beyond ridiculous. We were coming back from an outing and ordered a pizza to be delivered at at later time so that it would be there when we got home. It arrived about ten minutes later than our requested delivery time, which we didn’t feel like was any big deal since it was a Saturday night. Half of our order was missing and we notified our driver who said he would «be right back.» Thirty minutes later we called Pizza Hut who said the remainder of the order was on its way. An additional thirty minutes after that the guy who answered the phone was unsure whether the rest of the order was coming but offered us five dollars in credit. Well, great, but now our pizza is cold and the food we ordered may or may not get delivered. What in the literal f*** Pizza Hut? This is customer service? Doubt I’ll order from you again. Thanks.

This place is easy to miss but they have better pizza then the papa johns down the road. I would order here again

Just had to cancel an order because they ran out of dough! What?!? A pizza place that ran out of dough for pan pizza. Not a good sign.

just a normal delicious pizza hut. i like their pepperoni pizzas. just a little greasy.
