I had to go today to this place and I must say I was impressed. Melody was super attentive, spent a lot of time with me asking me about symptoms so she can do a proper diagnosis. Excellent bedside manners and very friendly too. I made an appointment online and was called within 5 minutes.

The service, staff and promptness is great at Integra Urgent Care in Rowlett. I called Medpost to get a quote on a office visit at 9:00 the scheduled time to be open and there was no answer so I called again at 9:02 still no answer. After being frustrated with them I went to Integra Urgent Care and the cost and services were up to par. I will definitely be going here again in the future.

Myself and my families have used the services here since they first opened. They keep it very warm inside for some reason, and have not had any issues with the drs there. Today however, they said our insurance company was down and to be seen, we would have to pay in full. After speaking with the manager that recognized who I was, still would not take my copay and let me be seen. Went 1 mile down the road, never been there. Same issue with insurance but they took my copay without asking them to do so. They even did for another patient as well. And my insurance is federal, not obamacare.
