Pros: I did a lot of research on area storage facilities and this one was my choice because of the security, size of units and price. The place is clean, well lit.
Cons: I filled out copious amounts of paperwork to reserve a unit and indicated in that paperwork when I would need the unit. I started getting calls immediately asking when I was coming in to look at the unit (really they just wanted to know when I was coming in to pay). Then when I did come in I introduced myself the lady at the counter did not introduce herself or welcomed me in any way.
