Become a ghost town in grocery store. There was only 1 cashier in the store on the express lane. What has happened? Still use the pharmacy. Dale, Ann and Linus are the real deal. I would recommend them above any pharmacy in the area. Fast, friendly and go above and beyond what other retails do in the area. Great job.

I don’t live out in Rowlett but I had to go out that way yesterday so I stopped in to pick up a few items for the Labor Day weekend. I love this store! It was CLEAN and everything was stacked very nice and neatly throughout the store. Since it’s the start of football season, they had a whole «Cowboy’s football» theme thing going. Very nice job with their presentations. I wished I lived closer to this store. I would shop there all the time if I did. Also noticed a different type of clientele from where I normally shop (and not one person walking about with their face glued to their cell phone screen oblivious to anyone else around them and not paying attention to where they’re going). I digress… The young man who checked out my groceries was very sweet and very aware of giving good customer service. Some of his mannerisms might have annoyed someone who was less patient but I appreciated his efforts and was very mindful to tell him thank you. Sweet guy! I wanna go back! Considering the other reviews that I’ve posted for Walmart & Kroger, I want to mention that I parked right up front and there were no long checkout lines on a Friday after work! How refreshing!
