Jacqueline Trang and her partner Richard Phan are absolutely horrible and unprofessional… Extremely dishonest! Leased a home from the couple and upon leaving the resident after fulfilling the terms of a lease agreement, they withheld a large portion of our security deposit for sprinkler heads and light bulbs! Yes… Sprinkler Heads and Light bulbs! Richard made derogatory remarks to myself and my wife… DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COUPLE AND RELIABLE REAL ESTATE IF THEY EMPLOY AGENTS WHO HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

Anne is the owner and CEO of Reliable Real Estate. I have tried 3 times to contact her by email with no response in two weeks. I thought that was strange so I asked my friend with a definite Chinese sounding name to email her. She responded within one hour to him. If you want your house sold, do not use her. White people are potential buyers just as much as someone from China.
