I love massages. I get headaches frequently so I really think this chair will help. When we first went in we were skeptical of pushy sales people. Jessica who helped us was nice and helpful. She didn’t push anything on us and recommended a middle model since I’m short. I think we made a great decision. Delivery was quick and painless. I really thought they were going to have trouble getting it upstairs. They step it up and helped me through the handheld control. Also if I have any questions on how to workout I could call and they would help. This was a great investment.

Zen Tech Massage Chairs I’ve been looking for a good massage chair for quite a while. The previous model that I owned has been out of commission for two years. I was first attracted to this place because they actually repair massage chairs. Unfortunately the parts my machine needed weren’t sold anymore so I had to retire it, which actually ended up being a good thing because the new massage chair is absolutely amazing! The functionality and customization is endless! I can do a pre-set massage or just target certain areas. I can range the massage from deep-tissue, to relaxation, and any variance in between. The staff at this Zen Tech location was remarkable. I went to the one in Rowland Heights. They were so friendly, co-operative and helpful. I feel like they worked with my needs AND my budget. They were considerate and I never once felt like I was being«sold.» This was such a positive experience, I wish more companies were this invested in customer service! Also, if the machine breaks, they can repair it so I’ll never have to worry about my machine breaking again! And with this kind of service I have no doubt that it would be handled with respect. I wish I could give them more than five stars! They earned it.

I have to give this company 5 stars for so many reasons. I was originally looking for a specific massage chair and the manufacturer suggested that I visit Zentech to try the chair. The employee was very knowledgable and informative and suggested that I try various chairs as they were all different. She asked me what was most important to me in a massage and she was very patient as I tried the various chairs. I wasn’t quite sure what to choose at that point and she suggested that I come back anytime to try them again. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, no games — she acted like a consultant and wanted me to make a good choice. After making my decision, the price was extremely competitive as I did all of my homework and the chair was delivered around my schedule. The delivery was perfect! They were very careful bringing the chair into my home and they even moved my 8 year old massage chair downstairs for me. They took away the boxes and it couldn’t have been a better experience. This company really understands customer service and they know their business well. Nobody else I spoke to knew so much about every chair on the market. Five stars all the way!!!

The store is located on Colima, in the adjacent plaza right next to SF Supermarket. I believe they also have another location in Irvine. That being said, I had my BEST purchase experience. Since this is a considerable investment, I did my research for over 3 months. I compared product spec’s and pricing of many stores whom carry shiatsu massage chairs(I summarized my finding on the bottom of the review, and I hope it’ll give you some tips and save you time). Anyway, after all — Zentech far surpass all other retailers by product functionality, variety of choices, pricing, and customer service. Couple keys to mention: 1. They provide the white glove service, which they will deliver the chair to your house, install the unit and remove all trash when leaving. 2. Great Warranty — 1 yr in-house service at your location, 3 yrs parts, and 5 yrs frame. If I remembered incorrectly. plz don’t stab the retailer w/my words:( 3. Very nice salesperson(ask for Ariel or Nina), they will let you try all diff. models, explain each chair’s functions; then let you experience /rest on them for 15 to 20 mins without disturbing. They’re not pushy ATALL, but yet very knowledgeable. (I went to the store in early Feb to physically try-out few chairs. I mentioned that I am getting a chair for my bf’s birthday in April. They asked my # before I took off, At first, I was afraid that I will be getting sales calls. but no, they didn’t call me even once until mid-March and nicely asked me if I’m still considering to get a chair since my bf’s birthday was coming up). 4. Great customer service. They put a big«red bow» and a happy birthday card on the chair when they delivered it to my bf’s house. it was very sweet of them. And they called me couple days later to follow up with our experience with the chair. We have this chair for 2 months now, it works great and we’re very happy w/the chair. 5. Bargaining — yes! You can actually bargain the price. instead paying a fixed amount at Brookstone or other places. They have many choices of massage chairs from probably less than $ 1000 to $ 6000 price range. However, since I am going to spend the money, I decided to get a unit w/all«advanced» functions I needed such as: — zero gravity(leaning the chair backward to a 180 position or head-down /leg up position) — foot rollers(most shiatsu massage chairs only have airbags to squeeze your feet and lower leg, but having rollers on your calf and the bottom of your feet is a big big PLUS!) — heat function — rollers on the butt and upper hamstrings(usually rollers stop at your lower back) They have at least 3 units have all things above, and they’re in the $ 3,000 to $ 5,000 range. Each higher, more advanced model has something extra such as Bluetooth, cradle function, stretch function. They’re indeed expensive, but to compare apple-to-apple, Zentech have the best pricing, period. I highly recommend you to go in and try those chairs. then you’ll know exactly what you’re looking for. Brookstone — $ 3500 and up, tax is additional. No bottom foot roller/no lower butt and hamstrings roller/white glove service is included/1 yr warranty or else you have to purchase extended warranty. However it’s nice that you can actually try one yourself. Amazon — $ 1000 — $ 5000. You can find great deals on Amazon, but the biggest problem is that you can’t really try anything. My experience tells me even you’re sitting on chairs with similar functions, each chair gives you a diff. massage feeling due to the airbag strength, roller size, roller position and chair size. Another con is you’ll see extremely different reviews on the same item, very hard to judge. From reading those reviews, I learned that if you got a defective unit, you’re most likely accountable for the return shipping(keep in mind, those chairs are heavy, it will cost you hundres to just return). Therefore, I guess buy w/your own risk, and have your finger crossed. Also, most of the vendors charge you for shipping and only deliver to your driveway, no white glove service. — $ 2500 to $ 4000. $ 2500 chair is decent. However the same problem, you can’t really try one before your buying commitment. No bottom foot roller/no lower butt and hamstrings roller/white glove service is included. I heard vendor’s after purchase service is not good, but you can always return it to Costco(if you can bring a 200lb machine to one of the club location). Superco — $ 3000 and above. This is an Asian owned electronic chain-store in Southern CA. They have one location in RH on Colima, near Azusa. I wouldn’t recommend this place ATALL. The salesman is very pushy, he kept telling me this special deal is going to end in few days, and I should make my decision this and that. I just don’t like the way how he talks. Also they charge you for installation and only offer manufacture warranty. I’ll definitely come back to get another chair for my parents. Thank you so much ladies!

In this hard working economy, people rarely have time to dine out, not to mention the time to visit a real human massage place. This is where purchasing a massage chair makes a lot of sense. Consider $ 15 foot massage(often time masseuse ask for $ 10 tip) to come up to $ 25 per massage, for a chair in the price range between $ 3000 — $ 6000, it takes about 120 – 240 visits to break even. If you only visit massage treatment once a month, it will actually take 10 years to recover the investment and that’s not worth it, but if you plan to use it daily, with 2 – 3 people in a household, the investment will quickly cross the actual value within a matter of months. Especially, if you have an elderly that you afraid the massage place will crack their bone, then it is much better off getting a chair that can serve the purpose. So it come to our conclusion, the healthier we can maintain ourselves, the more productivity to earn the money back. Let’s get one at this highly advertized place Zentech(aka YouNeedmassager). When we visit the shop, the business model is setup like a shopping a brand new car at dealership. We test drove each model, feel the horses behind each chair, and come to the conclusion, the most expensive model carries more luxury technology as if a car is equipped with moon roof that you will use one or two times. We bargain the price a bit, and leave without commitment. The sales person actually isn’t pushy, she’s well-trained, and knowledgeable, although maybe ignorant the fact we can find most info on internet, all in all, it’s probably better than going to Brookstone pay for the fixed price or commit an online purchase without actual«test drive». So, we have done our homework, try different chairs at competitor furniture stores, seriously look at our options, mainly Inaga Sogno, Astro 2 and Human Touch ZeroG. We haven’t try each and every models, but quickly sold on the appearance of the YN-8600(or RongTai RT-8600) model which look like a space capsule with Zero G feature. And it is unfortunate the same reason why I am giving a 3-star experience here on Unilocal! If you look at the photo you will find dents throughout the hard plastic shell. The plastic is not scratch resistant, more of wear and tear like our brand new car. Buyers be aware of this, we just made a big purchase and we’ve identify obvious dent at the time of delivery, looking at the dent each day is more of annoyed than satisfied. I’ve made three follow up calls already and the store owner refuse to do anything about it and tell me these are normal, and it’s OK?! I find it difficult to absorb the attitude that’s reluctant to address product warranty. My opinion of the ratings: 4 star — sales person 4 star — delivery personnel 2 star — owner —— I am inclined to give it 2 star because I am not too happy with owner’s response, to be fair I average it to 3.3 star
