This Starbucks is my FAVE of all of them. I know it’s like «what Starbucks. Aren’t they all the same?» Nope. This Starbucks always has the perfect proportions, where your coffee won’t taste too milky or too bitter. Every time I get Starbucks from any other of the locations, they always make my drinks either too sweet, too milky, or too whatever.
This location will always be the best!

This is specific to cashier right now. Terrible service: interrupts while ordering and not a moment of public relation or curtesy skill. Not the best choice to be direct customer contact.

I just want to note what stellar customer service they have here. :) Customer behind me was looking for a very particular hot (something with pineapple) tea flavor and luckily this location had it, she was ecstatic. Upon leaving, the barista gave her an extra tea bag so she can brew it at home. The customer left with a huge smile on her face. The staff here were also really warm and welcoming to their patrons. I hope Starbucks corporate rewards you guys for your awesome job. :)

All the baristas are very friendly and super quick at providing great service. The atmosphere is quite nice, not too loud and he environment is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back here.

Best Starbucks ever. Clean, service, girls are great and Adam too. Makes the best fraps!!! Request Adam to make your Frap it’s bomb!!! I’ve been stopping by this Starbucks for several years now. Personnel has come and gone in a flash, but over the past 5 years or so the same barrista, Rosalee, has been serving up quality hot and cold drinks; she always has a lovely smile and a friendly hello/​goodbye. It’s small location, but mighty; they get you in and out quickly. The surrounding community is primarily Asian, so aside from the Starbucks staff, you won’t hear much English spoken here. Many people smoke close to the door and the bathroom has been trashed a number of times I’ve visited… Including today! This location isn’t open late like most Starbucks, but neither are most of the stores in the shopping center, with the exception of McDonald’s.

Came here to buy gift cards and ended up waiting over 10 minutes in line. The lady at the register kept talking and carrying on conversation with the customer. I’m all for friendly employees but it was kind of annoying to know that she saw a long line and how long people have been waiting but chose to continue talking to other people. Also the counter at the cash register was dirty with sticky green stuff. The lady saw it, apologized for it, but didn’t bother to wipe it off before putting my gift cards right next to them. I’m at least grateful she was considerate enough to not throwmy gift cards on there.
I have to say though that the lady was friendly when I got to the register. Just wish she hurried it up a bit when there’s a lot of people waiting in line.
I rarely go to this Starbucks and this time’s visit doesn’t make me want to go back.

Been coming to this location for a few years now. It’s a small S-​Bux so no reason to knock them for that, call Howard Schultz if that’s your concern.
The Baristas are consistently friendly, smiling, and will recall your name and beverage (s) of choice after a few visits. They have a tough job and do it very well. Don’t think it’s tough? Then you’ve never done retail or customer service work.
The only other S-​Bux location that comes close to this one for service w/​a smile and great drinks is in Paso Robles.

Very berry hibiscus: it’s not tea, it’s like a sugar syrup with a hint of water and tons of ice. Interesting but 3 sips for $ 3.45 (16oz — 14oz of ice) is a total rip off.
Orange juice: Now they offer cold press juices — 15.2 Fl oz for $ 4. It’s good.

I’m not a coffee drinker, so I don’t understand the great part. Ambiance is what you offer (to me). Good Wi-​Fi connection — that’s all I care about you. I buy your $ 2 water bottle too often for it. My bad.
Your hint of hibiscus water sucks — a total rip off. But you got it right on cold pressed juice — I’m very tired and touch of sick now — I’m craving for it.

Came here to get my free birthday iced coffee a little after they opened at 5 am. The barista was nice and asked if I wanted a Venti, but I stuck to grande. I just wish this place had a drive thru. Same good coffee as other locations.

Out of all the Starbucks in Rowland, this one is my second home! The cashiers are really friendly with lots of smiles, and make me feel really welcome.
This is also my go to study spot, thanks to the super comfortable cushion chairs that I can fall asleep in. Plus I love the lighting, dimly warm and not coldly bright.

This is the best Starbucks ever. I’ve been to thousands, in fact I have to go to Starbucks because of the work I do. So I can honestly say, this is the greatest of them all!
The staff here is incredible. Every time I visit, they’re friendly, and you can tell they’re genuine. You can honestly tell a difference in attitude and friendliness from one store to another and this store is at the top.
