Went in to switch from another carrier to t-mobile. This store was the closest to my house. Overall experience was friendly and smooth. I had Kevin help me throughout the switching process, although the process is quiet a hassle, but he was very professional and introduced me to a great plan that they had a promotion on for limited time. It had saved me a lot of time and money.. So if your looking for a hussle free t mobile store, this is the one. ! Great deals and friendly environment.

Stopped in just to inquire but ended up upgrading two lines because of Kevin’s exceptional customer service. He was friendly, not pushy, offered all of the information we had, and even stayed after the store’s closing to help us install all of the accessories, and transfer data from old phones to new. I would definitely recommend coming here to see Kevin if you’re looking for a phone.

Kevin was probably one of the best examples of costumer service I’ve experienced at a cellphone store. When every other t-mobile store was always a long wait, he was quick to assist me. He took the time to give me the best rates and made me in and out with my new phone. Thanks Kevin!

We came here and got helped by Patrick who was excellent and had great customer service. Second time I went, it was a girl who was a little rude but I didn’t really think anything negative about the store because Patricks excellent service canceled it out. Third time I go, a girl called Saree was working. I don’t know if she was even an employee because of the horrible service or whether she was just babysitting the store. When I asked her questions about things and let her know what I heard from t-mobile, and what I thought, she had a really rude attitude and really acted like a b****(only word I thought suited). She basically said that since they have done it for a long time, I wouldn’t know anything about it. Saree acted like a know it all and was exceptionally RUDE. My dad was with me. We won’t be going there anymore.

#418 We were helped by Jane this past Saturday and she was a joy to be around. Although soft-spoken, she was ready with answers to our plentiful amount of questions. We must have been there chatting with her for a solid 45 minutes. She laid out all of the phones available for our new 2-year contract for us to try out. There were phones available for free, those that require a data plan, as well as those that require a data plan as well as a reduced phone cost. We eventually decided to just renew 3 out of our 4 lines(there’s no point in renewing mine just yet since I’ll be in England), with my sister taking a new phone that was free but required a data plan. So, for the other 2 lines, we received $ 100 each in rebates 9 months from now. Not too shabby. When I get back in June, we’ll definitely be dropping by again to work with Jane for my cell phone contract renewal. Hopefully they’ll have some new phones available at no cost. =)

I came here to unlock my phone, the main store manager told me to come back in two weeks… I come back in a month and asked him again. He said the unlock hasn’t come out yet… uh okay… I call someone else the next day and they do it for me. I hate liars.

This is our 4th phone line(at least) with Phonex. This store always provides good deals and services. We were helped by Oscar, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Cell phone questions? Phonex in Rowland Heights is highly recommended.

Go see Diana! She’s super nice and helpful, answers all of your questions, and most importantly, knows what she’s talking about. We always go to this store for our cell phone needs despite living in Irvine because Diana’s customer service is superb. She is always able to hook us up with sweet deals on our cell phones and is willing to go the extra mile for customers.

We were helped by Diana, who was very very nice. My phone has been broken for ages and so I really needed a new phone. My boyfriend and I are both on month-to-month plans so we were going to get a family plan together instead. They offer both T-Mobile and Verizon here. For changing our numbers, we were able to get a mail-in rebate for $ 50. In any case, we got him a Blackberry Pearl and me a Sony Ericsson s500i(it’s an overseas phone — very cute) for $ 100 total and then $ 50 after our rebate. Technically, mine was free and his was not. He said he «bought» me my phone. I glared at him. That’s why I like little stores like these more than the regular retailers. Better value and you get way cooler phones. The selection is a lot greater because they supplemented with overseas phones. My only two complaints: –They didn’t have my phone in stock, so they had to pick it up from another store. We don’t live around here and we didn’t want to wait for an hour, so we came back the next day. –My phone came with an overseas charger. She open the box and showed me the phone, but she didn’t check the charger. I didn’t notice the problem until we were almost home, so I drove to three different places trying to get an Ericsson charger. Oh well. That’s what I get for trying to be «different.» But if you go back there, go find Diana(she wears glasses). She seems to be the nicest one there and she’s very helpful and polite even as we peppered her with a billion questions.
