This is one of my go to places. Never had a bad meal here. The red devil roll is a staple for me every time. Service is always on point and polite. The prices are great, especially during happy hour.

We were so disappointed this with how both the waiter and the manager handled our concerns about their extremely slow service. It took over 20 minutes for our miso soup starter to arrive. It took another 20+ minutes for two sushi rolls to arrive. When we politely told the waiter halfway through the meal how frustrated we were about the slowness, he was just defensive and said, «The chefs can only get it out as fast as they can get it out.» Likewise, when it was time to pay the check, we asked to speak to the manager. He was equally as defensive and unapologetic. He just said, «Yes, we are very busy.» Neither of them asked us whether there was anything they could do to make it up to us. They didn’t waive anything on our bill, and they didn’t try to convince us to give them another chance next time. It’s like they just took us for granted. As delicious as the food was, we may not come back here again after being treated that way.

My experience was not good. The waiteress’s name was Jess and she could careless about the service she was giving. But everyone at the place was very careless about their job as well. As soon as we were seated I noticed that the table was chipped in the middle. She spilled our drink and did not offer a new one or at least a new straw. The sushi was medicore. I had better. Never seen her face until she saw we pulled out our wallets. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I really enjoy this sushi restaurant, they have great specials and the waiters are really nice! They have a lot of options on their menu so be prepared to flip many pages and don’t settle, try something new!
We love the dumplings and this oyster appetizer, it is so good! I love their baked sushi and their bento boxes. You get a lot of food for your money and they have roll specials too!
We love to go with a group of people so we can get the «boat» they serve all the sushi on! See you next time!

Excellent service! Stopped through on the way to Dallas from south Texas. Luckily stopped in during happy hour! My friend and I ordered so much food and it was all amazing! Looking forward to stopping in again while in the Austin area.

Went for lunch today and got the chicken katsu bento box and an order of the crunchy roll sushi. My experience here this time was a lot better. The service was a lot quicker and the waiter was very checked on my friends and I often to make sure we were all good. The food was very delicious and tasted fresh. I was very pleased overall.

Sushi nini is a great place to get some excellent sushi! The service is great, the prices are goid and the food is phenomenal! Also they have tv’s with sports and good sake too! Highly recommended. The happy hours are great too!

I come here all the time now. I make the drive to Round Rock and pig out during their happy hour, which is an awesome time to go. Also it’s easy to make because it’s a later happy hour starting at 8pm and weekends ALL DAY. Like thank you for thinking of me~ Spicy edamame is my absolute favorite appetizer, and I personally love the Carrot Top roll and the Hottie roll the most. Either way, the sushi is super fresh and I’ve found it’s one of the better sushi places in Austin. In my opinion, the best. The customer service there is also on point.
I highly recommend this place if you want some damn good sushi with a cool laid back vibe. It is a sports bar after all. Woo!

This is our goto spot for Sushi in the RR/​Pflugerville area, especially for happy hour. The NiNi Roll and the Insane Roll are two of the best rolls I have ever had from any sushi place but I haven’t had a roll I didn’t like from NiNi. The atmosphere is laid back unlike most sushi spots. The service is always top notch which is one of the main reason we like to go here. There are so many places with mediocre food and bad service that leave me thinking «Why the hell did I just spend $ 100 on this garbage??» Well this is not one of those places. I could go here 3 times a week and never get tired of it.

One of my favorite neighborhood joints for sushi and the game. Happy hour is awesome. All day Saturday and Sunday. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Sushi is fresh. Rice almost always perfect. My regular spot!

Can’t believe I’ve been here 6 times and just now writing a review!
This is a pretty good sushi place and definitely best in the area. I always go for the specialty rolls. Blue moonlight is my favorite but other good ones are the Texas Roll, Tuna Dynasty, Red Devil Roll, The Green Hornet, Double Tuna, etc. The rolls are a little pricey but worth it for the size. About 2 rolls will fill you up. Go for Happy Hour — they knock a few dollars off a large selection of rolls and some beers. Speaking of Happy Hour — yes, this sushi place is sports bar themed. Lime Green walls, sushi, and sports-​ball playing on all the TVs. Sound weird, I know, but trust me it’s actually a really good time! They also do some really tasty cocktails, although in my opinion the mixed drinks are weak and you may be better off getting a Kirin or two.

A rare combination of sushi and casual sports bar. My wife and I usually get the Tuna Dynasty, Hawaiian Roll, Philly Roll, or Hot Rock since we love salmon and avocado. Aside from peak hours, they are almost always giving happy hour prices which really make this affordable to visit weekly (our bill for 2 is usually about $ 30).
Been going for many years. It’s not a place where you’d dress up and pretend to be royalty, but a place where you’d go have a couple beers and relax or have fun.

This is My go to inexpensive sushi place. Not the most amazing sushi ever, but a consistently tasty joint.
Pretty good. I’d like to say 4.5 because the staff is a little slow but anyhow lets talk about the good stuff.
The have lots of great sashimi options. Lots of appetizer options. Fabulous rolls and they are all very good. We’ve had ika salad, spicy edamame, seaweed salad, Mount Fuji, hamachi heaven, baby octopus skewers, yakitori, avocado bomb, yellowtail, tuna white tuna salmon snapper albacore masago grilled eel octopus, squid… All amazing.
And fresh.
Try the insane roll it’s delightfully spicy.
Great atmosphere. Lots of TVs a bar, a sushi bar and lots of seating.

This has always been our go to sushi place. The prices are very fair and the quality is always pretty decent. There are definitely fancier sushi places with more exotic rolls, but I’m more about some quality sashimi these days and for a decent price. This place fits the bill especially with happy hour prices all weekend.

Any of the rolls are going to be wonderful. We tried 4 different ones, all of which were lovely in their own right.
I love that they put it all in a boat for your table. I know, I need to get out more.

If you like sushi at all, you must put this on your list if you have not beet there already!

I loved the Rock N Roll, also the simple one with avacado, cucumber, and cream cheese. We also got one with the word love in it and it was spectacular.

Love this place. No need to drive to downtown for sushi when this place has good portions for the right price. Oh, did I forgot to mention HAPPY HOUR. It’s just a few dollars off but it’s better than paying the actual amount.

The Avocado Bomb and the combination tempura were delicious! I was surprised the edamame didn’t have any sea salt. I also noticed they were getting pretty raw as we made it to the bottom of the bowl. We ordered the cucumber and California rolls and they were both nothing to write home about. I may have to go back and try some other rolls listed in all of the reviews.
I will tell you I love the concept. … ummmmm a sushi sports bar. … damn genius! I will also say the bill was very reasonable for the amount of food we ordered. Also, Tien our server was on point!
