Quality food for a reasonable price. The management at this location does a great job hiring as the employees that come and go(been a long time customer) the’re always extremely polite and attentive. The food is consistent and of course very health conscious. The only reason there isn’t 5 stars is because they never seem to be able to keep up with cleaning the dining room during their busier times.

How many tries does it take to find a clean spoon? I couldn’t tell you. After three tries, I instead opted for a to go cup so I could bring home my food and be assured that I was eating from clean utensils. Once I got my food home, it was okay. It probably would have been better if it was still hot.

I absolutely love the salad bar at this place! I you can get it for Togo go dine in. You get SO much food for under $ 10. The best part is that the salad bar has so many healthy and filling options. They also have free chocolate, vanilla, and swirl soft serve ice cream and chocolate sauce for all customers.

I called in a togo order. I was pretty upset when my husband got home with the order and it was wrong. I called to let them know about the mess up and they are having the correct order driven out to me now. I can definitely support a business who does right by their customers. I knew I loved Jason’s Deli!

My boyfriend and I LOVE Jason’s deli and come here several times a month for lunch. This location is especially awesome, the food is always delicious, the employees are friendly and chatty, and the restaurant and salad bar is very clean. We were really impressed with Jamar(I believe he said his name was) who was our cashier and brought us our food. He was very friendly and made the experience that much better! I have stomach issues and love sandwiches and salads, but my boyfriend isn’t always the biggest fan. Jason’s deli is perfect for the two of us, they have lots of other options than your regular sandwich shop tends to have and you can’t beat the free ice cream afterwards! I usually just get the managers special(½ sandwich and salad bar) with a roast beef on croissant and baked chips, but my boyfriend let me try his papa Joe and it was to die for! The tomatoes and basil were great and really complimented the turkey. Always a wonderful experience and great food if you’re looking for lunch or dinner in the area!

This was such a disappointment. I ordered a salad and the penne with meatballs. It took two try’s to get a clean bowl and fork to eat with. The pasta was so over cooked it was just mushy in my mouth. And this whole restaurant was so dirty. greasy hand prints on EVERYTHING the floors were sticky and had food on them, the seats also were dirty. The wall where we were eating was covered in finger prints and food.(See pic)

Food was really good, only thing was how dirty the place looked. Floors looked like they weren’t swept after patrons left their tables. Women’s bathroom was dirty as well. Would come back in the future but would take my food to go.

I love the salad bar at Jason’s deli. Such a wonderful selection! This location was just as good as the one I visit in San Antonio. The staff was friendly, the service prompt and tables were bused regularly.

It was good food, but we found cockroaches in the bathroom! Contacted the restaurant about it and never heard back.

Where to begin??? My expectations in a restaurant are usually reasonable. All you(the restaurant) needs to do is, don’t blatantly irritate me(the customer). You don’t have to be the best food ever or have the best service ever, just don’t mess up, and if you do mess something up(we’re all human) apologize and don’t do it again in the same visit. My child brought a coupon home from school good for one free child’s meal. I don’t go to Jason’s deli often, but as they were kind enough to provide coupons to kids that do well in school, I thought I would spend some of my money there. I told the seemingly clueless girl at the register that I had the coupon and proceeded to order for the family. She had to ask if they would honor the coupon which was fine. Upon paying, the girl gives me the coupon back, which I thought was strange. I didn’t think much about the total price as in my mind I wasn’t expecting it to be the cheapest sandwiches option in town. Once the food came to our table I started thinking about the total and why the girl gave me the coupon back. Low and behold the receipt showed no free kid’s meal. A worker nearby ask me if everything was okay, and I mention there coupon had not been honored. She took it to the manager and came back telling me that they will take care of it. Again, if you mess up, fix it and we’re «all good». I needed to order to-go sandwich for another party, so I went upfront again. Same«deer in the headlights» girl working the register. She asks my name and said they receipt will be stapled to the to-go bag. As we finish eating I continue looking/listening for someone to call my name or bring me my to-go order. Nothing… They offer a free soft-serve cone when you eat there. I get both kids a cone, thinking surely the sandwich will be ready soon. Both kids finished eating their cones. I appreciate them having an ice-cream machine, however the ice-cream is not good, but I digress. At this point I think maybe I should go stand near the to-go ordering area. Five to ten minutes pass. By this point it has been 20 minutes since I ordered this to-go sandwich. Finally someone asks me what is my name, and don’t you know the to-go order has been sitting on a shelf the whole time. No one called my name, and the girl at the register looked over at me several time while I was waiting up front. I picked up the sandwich and before leaving, asked if the coupon/credit had been taken care off. Of course, it hadn’t. Had I not asked it would have never been done as they had to look all over for the coupon and original receipt. Mess up once, I get over it, mess up multiple time in my visit, and congratulations Jason’t Deli, you are now on my black list. One other thing… Jason’s Deli offers soups. While eating I notice a guy pouring a bag of pre-made, previously frozen soup into a heating vessel in the food prep area. I’m not naïve to think that chain restaurants do or should make food from scratch, don’t be so obvious about it. If I were running a restaurant, I would want to at least give the impression that all my food was real and not something cooked in a factory, frozen, and shipped halfway across the country.

I had no idea Jason’s Deli was the place to be on a Saturday night! This place was packed and there were quite a few people waiting for carryout orders. I happened to be in the area and needed to grab a bite to eat. I tend to only have Jason’s Deli when it is catered but a friend has been for dinner and likes it. After checking out the menu I was surprised they had pasta. It kinda worked out because I was craving pasta. I ended up getting the lighter portion of the chicken pasta primo. I didn’t have to wait too long which was surprising given the amount of people ahead of me. I took my food back home to enjoy. I was suprised at how large the portion was for it being the«lighter» portion. It also game with a piece of bread. I love bread so I wish I’d gotten a couple more pieces. All in all this was an uneventful easy good experience. I’ll definitely go back and try some sandwiches next time.

HEALTHY fast food, what more could you want?! The chicken salad sandwich on french bread, toasted, with lettuce and tomatoes. Baked chips or fruit. This is all you need to know :) If you love salad, this salad bar is to DIEFOR. I love the tomato basil and french onion soup here. I also like that you can get a pickle, muffins, and crackers from the salad bar while you wait.

I am a regular customer of Jason’s Deli and always order online for delivery, but today I logged in to find that they have increased their already overblown $ 5 delivery fee to a whopping $ 7.00 and changed the minimum order from $ 20 to $ 25. When you’re only ordering for 2 people, it was hard enough to get to $ 20, let alone $ 25. Jason’s Deli has just lost my business for being extremely greedy.

Simply, I enjoy Jason’s Deli whenever I get the chance to order from here. I enjoy the menu choices: from the Nutty Mixed Salad, to the Gumbo, to the muffalatta sandwiches, to the simple ice cream. *Bias Disclaimer* I have eaten at Jason’s Deli since the original location opened in Beaumont, TX. yes, I am old(lol)… Bias’ aside, give them a try for yourself and see what I review about. I appreciate their online ordering so that I can pick it up and get back to work or on the road. Overall, Jason’s Deli gives you a wide menu of fresh items to choose from and accommodate almost any diet need. Gluten Free to Sugar Free. they serve your needs… Thanks Jason’s… I’ll see you soon.

I love jasons deli. most for 3 things: 1) the salad bar! you want fresh veggies and someone is always cleaning it up! 2) the muffaleta 3) the soup! — tortilla soup is awesome! I have been to this location a few times but its hard bc its right near third base, tortuga flats, and sushi nini. You get the idea. But we had a salad the other day and split a cup of soup. Perfect for us. I didnt even have room for frozen yogurt. If you are near here its a must try. My advice. get the muffaletta split it bc/its HUGE! Even splitting half of a muffaletta works for us bc they serve it with chips and a pickle.

Grilled cheese was perfect for dipping in the tomato basil soup. Ham and provolone cheese wrap on wheat is my sons favorite. This is the only place to enjoy gingerbread muffins.

This place is horribly run and filthy. Plus they never get orders right. Went there tonight against my better judgement because i wanted a baked potato. After waiting 30 minutes, I went to check on my order only to be told they were out of potatoes! They probably would have left me there all night. Managers were no help and clueless. Check out my picture of the overflowing garbage in the food prep area. Are you listening Jasons? You have a real problem in this store

I love salad and sandwiches and this place is the place to be. I ordered the Nutty Mixed Up Salad and I loved it! The portions are huge! I also ordered the Strawberry Shortcake, but I was so full from eating my salad and I wasn’t going home after lunch so I couldn’t take it as a «to go» item so I took a few bites. Wow and it was good! You need to time your lunch when coming here, it will get packed quick!
