I picked up a calzone next door at Brooklyn Pie and came out to find my car battery was dead. I went back inside and asked if the guys had jumper cables. They told me they didn’t but to check next door. I went to Subway and briefly explained my situation and an employee came from behind the counter and met me outside. After connecting the cables to my car battery and getting my car started I thanked him and offered to buy him a calzone. He politely declined and said it was hospitality. I thanked him and we wished each other a merry Christmas. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but I’m grateful for his kindness. I’ll stop by some time and buy a meal.

Great service, very friendly staff. I have noticed It does get very very busy during lunch so be sure to take an earlier lunch or you’ll have a longer wait. My favorite subway for sure though!

Came in to grab a couple subs with my son. It was 90 degrees and the AC was broken.
The food was typical subway. Poor girl behind the counter who had to work in the heat. She was pleasant despite the heat.
Seriously management, get your employee an extra fan or something. Instead all they gave grief. The stars earned were done so by the employee.

Most friendly subway staff I have ever encountered! Kudos to the black woman who helped me. Very friendly and happy, it was a nice change from other subway locations. Very nice and clean facility.

Went in today and the girl at the register is obviously sick. Coughing and clearing her throat and handling my food? Hello I’m pregnant, I don’t need someone sick handling my food. My meatball sub had NO SAUCE. The meatballs weren’t even warm! Ugh. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION!
