Only one person staffing the store… said she’d be with me soon. did not ask what my issue was. There was a couple that she was trying to help create an Apple ID and another family of 3 before me. In the 20 minutes I waited…4 people came in saw the line and left… so I know this staffing issue is affecting their bottom line. My 8 year old was getting impatient so we left after 20 mi utes but she was still helping the same people as when I walked in. No apologies… no I will be with you soon. in fact by her expression she seemed annoyed to have customers waiting for help. So I made her day easier by leaving and I will never come back to this location even if it is closest to my home.

Went in to get my phone fixed since the power button completely broken. But eventually got an upgrade instead. Victoria greet me as I came in then help me out. I find her very nice, friendly and helpful! Made my trip easy and quick!

I recently met someone from Craigslist at this store to verify that the iphone they were selling was fine to activate in my name. The salesperson checked it out and told me all was fine and I paid the seller. When she was trying to activate it and couldn’t, she then realized that she forgot to check to see if it was on an active account. The store manager Victoria C. has admitted that they were at fault and talked to their district manager Anthony T., who said they won’t do anything to help me. I’m stuck with an unusable phone due to their mistake. I understand these things happen, but I expected that they would do something to help me since they were at fault. I guess the bottom line is more important than correcting their mistakes.

This is the BEST Sprint location I’ve ever been to! They’re always fully staffed and ready to help. I got more help from them in 15 mins, than I got from a store just down the street in 2 hours. I would HIGHLY recommend this Sprint location. They make it quick and easy!
