Very frustrating. This started off as a good experience. Tim seemed like a nice guy. We had him replace our gate and that section of fence. His new gate had a few annoying things like the screws were exposed on inside of gate which sliced up my 14 year olds hand. His employee left and bag of concrete here which got rained on and then we had to move this massive rock. And there was no handle on gate.
However, within a couple months, we could ting close the gate because it started sagging. Called Tim and he said he’d come out. He was a no show. Then he stopped responding at all. We also wanted to replace the rest of the fence. I started sending more frustrated messages and he finally showed up to look at the gate and give me a quote. He said he’d email he quote and have a guy out within two days to repair gate. I contacted him because I never got email. He said must have spelled it wrong and would resend. Never got it. His guy never showed up and after more than two months, he still hasn’t responded.
No person is worth this headache. Customer beware. If you look at my other reviews, you can see they are mostly 5 stars (22out of 28 were 5 stars) as I’d rather praise than complain. But I’d rather another unsuspecting person not have my same lack of customer service.

This was a great experience with a contractor as over the years I have used many. However I am updating the review because I have contacted the owner three more times asking for another smaller section of fencing to be installed and they won’t return phone calls. The additional job may be too small to bother with I don’t know.

During the Freeze that we just had we had some pipes freeze. Tim was able to come out on short notice and help us get things working again.
Will use the service again.
