Splash Mobile Auto Detailing

I do not want to leave this review, but I’m stunned at their lack of communication. I had a detail scheduled at my home and nobody showed up. I’ve called and left several voice mails plus two web inquiries over two weeks, but nobody has returned my calls. I’ve attempted to give them every opportunity to help me, and I am extremely disappointed as I wanted to go with this company. Very frustrating.

Miguel rocks. My poor truck had dog hair, horse hair, food, coffee stains and god knows what else and it looks like a wreck. He made it look like my truck rolled off the showroom floor. I am so happy I feel like I’m driving a new car! He showed up on time was super polite and is incredibly reasonable.

I have never felt the need to write a Unilocal review before but Splash did such a superb job cleaning my car I felt I should share. My car was filthy after a road trip with my two dogs. After the detailing the car looks even better than when I bought it two years ago. I will definitely use the service again. It was worth every cent. Excellent service and quality work. Way beyond what I was expecting.

Every time I took my car to get cleaned at a Car Wash place, I always left disappointed. Moving out here a year ago, I haven’t seen any Mobile Detailing Trucks in sight and thought they didn’t exist out here until I saw a post.
I checked out the website and decided to make an appointment for a Splashy package. I used to be married to a detailer in San Diego and knew what to look for on the website and in person.
Communication with Miguel is on point. Making an appointment was easy. I have a white Jeep Compass with the Black package and Miguel made my car look better than the day I got it. It looked brighter and sharper. I didn’t see him rush through washing, rinsing and drying. I was very happy and satisfied with his work. No more dead bug juice on the window, he sprayed under the car and cleaned the windows with no streaks.
Miguel is very professional and punctual.
I will be using his service from this day forward to detail my car!

Truly fantastic service. Although the business is listed in Round Rock, they will come to your Austin address, as I found out.
I bought a new car recently, and the dealer was having a hard time with their new prep crew. They delays were very long, and eventually the dealer said if I would get the car detailed myself, they would pay for it.
So I scoured Unilocal reviews and went with Splash Mobile. Miguel was truly amazing. The car indeed looks exactly like a brand new car should look. There are now no smudges, no dirt anywhere. I got the clay bar treatment and the sealant and the finish looks truly amazing. As a new car it didn’t look «that bad» coming off the lot, but now it looks tremendous. The pricing was more than fair, and agreed to up front.
Miguel himself is a super polite person, willing to talk to you about anything he does. He took his time and did things right. He has a great personality for this business – very friendly and super thorough. I will absolutely use him again, and have no problems giving him a 100% recommendation.

I had them come out for my 2016 Kia Sorento. They were on time and did an amazing job inside and out.
Finished in just about 2 hours.
The suv was filled with sand and covered in dust and dirt. When he was finished it looked like it did on the showroom floor.

We have called Splash several times to do our vehicles. He did the detailing package to our Sequoia and the result was great. He also did the plastic headlight restoration in a 2000 Honda Accord and they look like new. Also, the size does not matter because he also did our big rig «Mi Orgullo», and it looked great. Miguel, the owner is very professional and a very humble individual. I highly recommend him.

We work at Old Settlers Dental in Round Rock, and Splash came and detailed 3 of our cars, From the minute he walked in he was professional and kind, and the quality of the car detailing was unheard of. Cars were spotless inside and out… we are so impressed we will be doing monthly appointments with this business to keep our cars looking spotless and clean. They returned my call for an estimate quickly and were polite and got me scheduled with ease. They came to Hubby’s work to detail his car and it looks fantastic! Better than when he bought the car from the dealership! Great pricing, too. :)

I was sick to death of taking our vehicles to the local car wash and paying good money for lousy work. The reviews looked so good for Splash Mobile I thought I would give them a try. Boy did I luck out. Miguel was so nice and professional. I love my car and he treated it just like it was his own. After hours of Miguel’s efforts, she sparkles like a princess on her way to the ball! This is one hard working young man. I HIGHLY recommend Splash Mobile Auto Detailing. We most definitely will be contacting Miguel again.

I can’t say enough good things about Splash. Miguel was easy to work with. We had to reschedule several times because of rain, and he was very flexible. He was punctual and worked diligently to get my mazda looking like new. To top it all off, the price was fantastic compared to the local drive-​to car cleaners.

I can’t say enough good things about this service. He showed up within 30 mins of me calling, super professional and worked harder than most anyone I’ve seen before. My Raptor looks better than the day I got it. Really top notch work across the board.

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra that was a mess on the inside and out after three years. Miguel came out on time and worked his magic to make my truck look like new. Highly Recommend this company and they come to you which is great!

This is my first review on Unilocal.And if it was not because of fantastic service provided by Miguel. I would have given it a pass. Miguel is great hard working guy who gives more than 100 percent to the job.
Initially, when he started working the generator was not working. He apologized professionally and promised to come back once it was fixed. The detailing he did on the car was incredible. There was a coffee stain at the back seat which is no more now. After working for more than 3 hours he even offered a discount because of the generator issue (which was not his fault). I am deeply impressed by the work and the price point. I called a lot of detailing companies and Miguel price was less than 50 percent than the nearest competitor. The best thing was that I did not had to go to shop. The detailing was done in my parking garbage while I was sipping beer in my comfortable home

I am sometimes skeptical about online reviews. I’m never sure if I am reading reviews from actual people or their mothers. :-) Let me be clear on this point… I am a real client of Splash and a very happy one at that! I wanted my Mini detailed to get it ready for sale and several of the local franchise «detailing» companies have come up very short in the past. I found Splash by chance and I can honestly say that my car looks better today than the day I bought it new in 2011! Miguel spent a great deal of time in my driveway, in the heat making my car look new. I spent a lot of time in my home, being happy I didn’t have to take my car somewhere and pay too much for below average work! I cannot say enough about Miguel’s work ethic and his professionalism. I will not only be using him in the future, but will be spreading the word about him to everyone I know and possibly even people I don’t! He did a fabulous job and I have no doubt his hard work will bear benefits for him in his business and to me in the sale of my Mini. Thank you Miguel!
